The people working there were upmost amazing. They helped me with all my questions and most importantly how they could save me the most money with the ordeal I was going through. Got me an S23 ultra today and I'm sure I will be very pleased with it. This will be my #1 store for any other issues or purchases in the future. Thanks guys, you truly made my day. Cheers!!!

I am not from this area but due to Covid most stores are closed so I went an hour and a half out of my way to get a phone that I had on hold. I dealt with Telus over the phone prior and they were fantastic about getting all of the details to the plan organized. When I got to the store the lady working was not helpful at all and told me I was not an admin on the account and could not get the phone. I knew I should have been an admin as I had just been on the phone for hours with Telus and knew this. She would not give me any information and refused to help me unless I bought the phone for full price, nothing like my account notes said. I had to leave without my phone and VERY frustrated. I called Telus once I left to find out my name has been misspelt listed as an admin. The customer service with this particular worker was terrible and based on this I would never return to this store. I am thankful for the Telus workers over the phone for keeping us as customers.

I was in on Saturday after work, Shiheem and Tyler were a great help! Sat there and chatted with them while doing to Samsung data switch(store was closed by the time it finished) Two real down to earth employees at this location! Would definitely recommend going there!

It was a very satisfying visit to this store. The clerk was very pleasant even though her shift ended while working with us. She stayed to help for an hour & resolved our problem & was pleasant throughout that time.. I believe her name was Leanne. She is a good person to have working in your store.

Yes but they did not have the product that so wanted. Got the best service at Rogers. Rogers by far had service representives highly trained. Tells is like a fly by night service you get something and than have to keep guessing.
