It is unfortunate that some people have had a bad experience with these guys but mine was outstanding. I found the parts on-line and called to ensure that they had them in stock and was told if I ordered them on-line they would ship the next day, which they did. They arrived on time and well packaged. I also found the same parts on Parts Avatar which is a discount website I have used in the past but they were $70 more for the exact same parts. The parts were ignition coils and spark plugs so I called BMW for a quote. They quoted $795 more than Park Auto. One of the things I appreciated about their website is that they list the BMW OEM part numbers with the manufacture part so there is no doubt that you are buying the right part. The parts are installed and working as expected. They sent some stickers in the package and an air freshener all branded Park Auto Motorsports" I personally did not care but it is a super smart thing to do if you care about growing your business

Their customer support is quick and efficient, making online ordering on their website convenient. I purchased the Dinan ignition coils online, but accidentally forgot to choose express shipping while quickly paying with Apple Pay. I reached out to them to make the adjustment, and they promptly responded and readjusted the shipping method without any additional charge. The coils arrived yesterday, and my car feels fantastic! Highly satisfied.

I ordered a package recently and i am very pleased with the quality of parts recieved, packaging, and time and effort put into there work. There shipping times may take longer than most but it is well worth the wait. I highly recommend using there services and will 100% be ordering from here again. If i were able to leave a higher review i would, but that being said. Keep up the great work!

Sent me the wrong parts, and then proceeded to delay in sending replacements.Spent $1600 on parts. I was sent two incorrect spark plugs (out of six). They requested I send the two plugs back, and they received them, prior to sending replacements out, wasting my time on their mistake. Simple due diligence in checking the order would have prevented this mistake.Find a different parts retailer. There are plenty out there who won’t waste your time. Their prices are also higher than many competitors.

Gotten many parts here and picked up my southbend clutch kit here a while back. When I order parts from here it is always fairly quick and simple process. Orders always come packaged securely and comes with sticker or air freshner too. Good business and will be back soon

I've been using PAM for several years now, almost 10 times now, each transaction was flawless and they were very quick to let me know about stock issues or delays, and offered alternatives or solutions. Super happy and will continue to use them as often as possible. A great alternative to ordering parts from the US, since there are no customs / import / handling / rip-you-off fees.

Ordered an APR intake from here. Ordered it on a Monday and was told it wouldn’t ship until Friday and still didn’t ship, the following Monday was told it would ship the next Monday and never shipped so it’s been almost 3 weeks and still haven’t heard anything when I’ll actually get it. They need a better system showing if something is in stock or not. You’re forced to pick 1 day shipping so most people would think they would have it the next day or the day after but it doesn’t show stock of the part so you’re forced to just wait it out. Not happy at all.

Shipping times are extremely quick when item is in stock, and they have the best prices on the market.Anyone in Canada should be ordering from here!
