Quick transaction with the warehouse staff, forklift driver was pleasant and guided us where to park and was nice enough to put our cargo down under the outside roofed area so we could load our vehicles up with out getting snowed on. It's a busy place with little room for large trucks to move around so try to make sure you park off to the side or right next to your cargoLooking forward to doing business in the future.

Very honest staff. My daughter lost her diamond ring while loading a few cartons onto our vehicle in May 2018. When we went back after an hour looking for it - the lady on the desk called us and returned the ring.

I Used this company for my overseas shipments. Way better than most shipping companies I have found. No hidden fees or delays. I will use them again for sure.

Forklift drivers are not competent and they tried to charge me twice for docking fees.After I sent several emails trying to clarify the dock fees I recieved no response. Upon arriving they claimed not to know how much they should charge me. After sorting that out and avoiding the attempt to overcharge me the forklift drivers proved their lack of competence in tandem lifting, smashing the forks through my crate and damaging the contents. I complained about it and recieved hostile reactions from the drivers and the manager commented it would be ok because I had insurance.I'll avoid any future buisness here if possible.
