Had my Model 3 in the service bay for a scheduled upgrade. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, and when they found an unrelated issue with the car, they went over and above to get it fixed same-day at no charge!

We shopped for an electric vehicle last winter. After visiting dealerships of several other brands and being unable to find what we wanted (AWD fully electric with good range), we stopped at Tesla Saskatoon. Hearing experiences from various Tesla service centers across Canada makes us lucky to have this location and staff locally.

Armond and Sean were awesome to deal with when I came to Saskatoon from Oak Lake (Manitoba) to pick up my Model Y. Both allowed me time to go over the car and we discussed minor issues - Sean and Armond created Service Tickets for all the minor issues. They helped me organize a transit permit. And we professional, helpful, and very understanding. Great team! Thank you for your help. The drive home was awesome!

Picked up my Model Y - a seamless experience. The staff are all cheerful, friendly, and helpful. They walked me through each step (needed a temporary registration to drive back to Manitoba - this is unfortunately the closest Tesla Store to me right now), and there was zero upselling or desperate coercive pressure to make me buy useless dealer 'add-ons' that legacy auto dealerships have. The Tesla experience is different (more automated overall), but way better once you figure out how it works.

I ordered the Tesla Y model back in March 28, 2023 and a month after, I got the email confirming that the car is ready for delivery. I confirmed the scheduled delivery time was: April 29, 2023 11:00AM and drove from Regina to Saskatoon to pick up the car.When I showed up at the 703 Melville location and Tesla delivered team just got my signed the paperwork and gave me the bill of sale so I can go and register the car.I then inspected the car and saw the paint crack over 2cms long vertically the edge of the left rear door. They tried to cover up by some very unprofessional paint touch up (looks like a 10 years old kid using the crayon). I was mad and asked why did not your team notify me the paint crack issue and asked if I accepted the delivery or not before I drove all the way from Regina to Saskatoon?". One of the lady their responded: "we forgot" and another lady said: "I did not even know the paint crack issue because another lady was taken care of the delivery of this car".I told them that: "what should be done is you folks should take the pictures of the crack and sent me in advance and asked if I accept the car or not

For five years, Tesla owned buildings have been connected to me in various ways.I have visited and dealt with three. The very first was Calgary. The feeling of goodness use to be great.Then due to reasons we had to visit one in Ontario. The Toronto! The worst set of irresponsible people had flocked there.And, now in Saskatoon!
