We purchased a large format porcelain slab from Julian Tile in Vancouver for our backsplash and contacted a number of tile setters to have it installed. Eight months, four tilers and three tiles later we found Atlas Stone. They used their waterjet to cut our tile (the only thing that I’d ever recommend to cut 6mm tile. See “three tiles” above. ) From the first measurements taken to the install crew, everyone was professional, courteous and prompt. There is no other company I would use to install large format porcelain. Or anything else for that matter.Thanks Atlas Stone for the great work.

I went in and met with Paul . Picked out 3 types of stone for a commercial job. We discussed job and Paul said he would send out a guy to take measurements (job location is close to store) after I bought sinks and taps. I contacted him after all related products were ordered and delivered (spent 6k) . He said he would send someone to take measurements and gave me the run around for months saying it’d be later because they were too busy dealing with commercial customers. I’m a commercial account/ customer but I was treated like my business is not good enough for them. After months of waiting on them to take measurements they refused to come to get the measurements they need for the cuts and called after I waited on them for 6 months to take measurements saying they’d be happy to sell me the stone but they wouldn’t cut it and I would need to get the finishing work done elsewhere. Other places don’t cut stone they don’t sell. I stopped by to discuss this with them last week. They refused to talk with me citing they were too busy and said they’d call back and never did. I was only ever nice and respectful to them and got a very poor (no) service in return. I guess they don’t appreciate they’re customers. It makes me feel sad, disrespected and they made me feel like my business wasn’t good enough for them. If you want to feel like that, this is the place for you
