The lady we had was amazing. We did not go in to buy but to visit a cat that was up for adoption. She took the time to help explain the process of the adoption. Answered any questions we had if she was not sure she tried to find the answer. She was very sweet and helpful . It was on March 26th in late morning early afternoon we were in .

Always help bring things to my car for me and very knowledgeable about their pet products.

Git my free bag of dog food after 10 bags bought to feed my 2 babies for a couple of months. This store is always very helpful.

Always a good experience at this store, the staff are friendly and informative. Great atmosphere! I even found a much better litter alternative thanks to the staff's suggestions and experiences.Got this photo of their current in-store shelter cat that's waiting to be adopted. Getting to visit the kitties is another wonderful feature from Pet Valu.

Great store. They had two cute little kittens that were up for adoption. The staff are all helpful, some will even help take heavy bags out to the car. Prices are good as well. Not a lot of parking though.

The staff are super friendly even when busy. Always a pleasure.

My experience at pet Valu is 101%.Cassidy takes good care of Romeo…for grooming …excellentAnd Lorie she is such a sweetly…when I go in with Romeo. Lorie takes. Over…Romeo is very well looked after ..hugs. Kisses etc .All staff are excellent .5. STAR .

I had a grooming appointment scheduled for 6 weeks , called the day prior to confirm as I have to travel one hour into the city. They confirmed my appointment and advised I was booked in for 1.5 hours and said it was still on.I showed up 8 minutes late ( and I said I recognise maybe they will need to do a shorter appointment and easier style as I had booked in for the 1.5 hour slot and I was late ) and the groomer was not there.They said they thought I was not coming so she left. I asked why they did not call me , if they were going to leave. This should be standard courtesy. No response.The cashier tried calling the groomer to come back and she did not respond to calls or texts.Poor customer service from the groomer . Not the cashier's fault.I was told the groomers are contractors , personally I don't care if they are contracted as they are self representing under the Pet Valu" brand. Employment contracts don't concern me

Staff is great and they have a great selection of quality items
