I had root color service and it was very fast, clumsy and not friendly. Came home and realize that I have many whites on the sides that were not supposed to be there. I don’t recommend this place for color your hair.

The woman who cut my hair made an already- relaxing experience a thoroughly enjoyable one.It was near closing time, but I was a walk- in, last- minute type of deal, and not only was I received pleasantly and professionally, but the positivity and friendliness radiating from this lovely woman was, honestly, what made my attempt at self- improvement an absolutely enjoyable time.I will definitely be going back, and I wish I could remember her name, as it in every way because of her.Edit: I just remembered I was given a loyalty- reward card, and the awesome hair- artists' name is Tammy.

Took my two sons here, we had appts for 1030AM. I had verified that both my boys could be done at the same time and was told yes. They were about 25 mins behind, then had to do one at a time. I asked the employee to cut some more twice and still it barely even looked like anything was cut. The place was busy but definitely overbooked so I felt my son's cut was rushed just to try to catch up. These were his bangs, seriously?? Thankfully I took him to a real salon today to get a proper cut! Also the pricing was outrageous in my opinion for a kids cut.

I called last minute requesting a cut and style—Tammy was so accommodating and friendly—she did say she was booked but that if I had time that she could squeeze me in between clients. She did an amazing job with my hair!! I love it!! And talk about women supporting and lifting other women….I can’t say enough about my experience here today! Even the clients were just as awesome as she was! Now I’m off back to Timmins….feeling fabulous!

I have been at this location many times but this was my first visit since Covid-19 left us very restricted. I had dreadful Covid over grown hair. I had a few photos to share with Tammy. She looked at them and actually listened to me and what I wanted. I never felt like I was being rushed at all. I have limited mobility and she went out of her way to assist me. I am so very happy with the service I received and Tammy is a lovely lady and a pleasure to talk to. Overall, I definitely give this location 5 stars! Affordable, not rushed and a pleasure to visit.

I don't normally write reviews, but Tammy is just amazing. I have gotten my hair done by Tammy at least 4 times now. The 1st time was by chance because I was in Guelph (I live about 50 mins away) doing errands wanted a hair cut. After that 1st haircut, I went back to my usual place, closer to home, but didn't find the quality or the haircut to be as good. So when I went back to Magicuts, not expecting to get the same person again. She actually remembered me and it had been quite a few months. She does such an amazing job and is so nice that I have been going back to her since. To emphasize how wonderful she is, today I witnessed her lend her own personal tablet to a little boy so he would sit still for the hairdresser. Tammy, I used to not care where or who did my hair, but now you have a customer for life.

I don't get haircuts for customer service, I get them so that I can look like a respectable member of society and not some hippie with a bald spot.That being said, the woman working at magic cuts was simply amazing at her job. Not only did I get a great hair cut, but watching her talk to her clientele was simply beautiful. An old man was going through a rough patch in life and you could see how she made a difference in his life, made him feel a little bit better. Another gentleman, she seemed to remember details from his last visit, I mean how often are people getting haircuts?Even me? She didn't know me, but she made me feel at home.Amazing service. Thank you.

My self and my two sisters all got our haircut today by the most wonderful woman Tammy. She did an amazing job on all three of us, even my youngest sister who was getting her hair cut quite short. She was super friendly, personable, and talented with hair. We will all be using her as our hair dresser from here on out. Hair cutting is clearly more than just a job for her. She loves what she does and you can tell. Thank you Tammy!!

i went here to get my hair cut half way up my neck and the woman working there on the evening of February 22 2023 cut it to the top of my neck. She also kept losing focus and walking away during the haircut whenever someone walked into the building. I ended up having to pay $28 for that haircut that I didn't even like
