Touch of Heaven Nordic Spa and Retreat

I’ve been going to Touch of Heaven Nordic Spa for the last two years. I find both the staff and the owners very friendly. I always come out of there feeling very pampered and spoiled. My favourite person to see is Jessica because she knows me well. She takes great care with my pedicures. I’ve done waxings, pedicures,an amazing body wrap and the Nordic spa. I have not been disappointed yet. This is my favourite place to relax and get spoiled.

Received a gift card for Christmas for specific services. The gift card came with a printout of an email from Touch of Heaven confirming that the gift card's value was for the specific services. Made a booking in January for February. I let the receptionist know over the phone that I had a gift card for these services. After receiving the services, I was told that the price had increased by 20% on January 1st and that I owed an extra $65. I asked if they could honor the price listed in the email, but they refused. The person who I spoke with had a lack of empathy for the situation. I am disappointed in the customer service that I received.

Yesterday I spent a beautiful relaxing afternoon having a pedicure at Touch of Heaven spa. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere, the peacefulness and the energy surrounding my experience while I was there. The owners Bob and Diane along with the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and I very much enjoyed the conversations I had with everyone. I love that this spa is located remotely as it just adds to the relaxation feeling. I am looking forward to seeing the growth of this spa as it has so much potential for future expansion.

I did the Nordic Spa with my daughter and two friends. It was really nice to have the entire pool/sauna/hot tub to ourselves.The place is absolutely beautiful. It's still under construction. There's only one selection for food; it's a charcuterie board. For the amount of food that was on the board, it was quite expensive however.The space is really clean.We were given very small towels. They were a good size for a head towel but definitely not for your body. The robes were a nice touch. They should have some bigger sizes however. Not everyone is one size.We were given a nice jug of water infused with lemon with nice glasses. It would have been nice to have the staff check in on us however to see if we needed anything.Overall, it was a nice, relaxing day.I'm certain that once the construction is completed, it will be a more pleasurable experience.

Surprised to see other reviews outlining the same problem. Booked a gift package with two different services - pedicure and massage. The pedicure was cancelled the night before our appointment due to an aesthetician calling in sick, and then the following morning we received a call that a second aesthetician called in sick a couple hours before our appointment. No offer of a discounted postponement, no cancellation policy - only a reschedule for weeks out after we had booked weeks in advance.We arranged our entire day and work schedules only to have every aspect of our package get canceled last minute with no options.

We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Touch of Heaven Nordic Spa and Retreat with a 12-person client group last weekend, and to say we had an absolute blast would be an understatement.Dianne and her staff go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is taken care of with top-quality service. We enjoyed the Mini Nordic Spa, and members of our team had a variety of services completed. We also got to enjoy four beautiful charcuterie boards prepared by the TOH team.Thank you for what was the best staff gathering ever! We will be 100% be back.

I got my first pedicure of my life here and it was amazing! My feet felt pampered and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. It was the most enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend! Chelsea and Jessica were amazing!

All I can say is wow. If you're looking for a spa experience that makes you feel like you're no longer in Sudbury, look no further! I visited TOH over the weekend for a staff gathering, and I had an absolutely perfect experience. Every single aspect of this place is top notch - the services were great, the staff INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful, the owner is so accommodating and kind, and the atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous! We even got to enjoy some lovely charcuterie prepared by the staff.Thank you Dianne and team for such a lovely time! I can't wait for my next visit back, which I know will be very soon!

Wonderful experience , Bob is a great host ! I hope Sudbury supports this lovely spot so phase 2 can be completed! We shouldn't have to drive to Collingwood.

Horrible place! Beware! If I could rate this -100 I would! When I entered there is a sign that asks that outer footwear be removed so I did. Leaving me barefoot - after all it’s a “spa”Male owner saw this and said nothing. Had my massage (by esthetician NOT an MT which is not very professional) when I was done I got off the table to get dressed and slashed my toe open on a piece of glass on the dirty carpet. Esthetician told manager (never bothered to show her face) then told owner. Went to the front after getting the bleeding under control. Male owner pretended that he didn’t know. Female owner was hanging out behind partition. I was not able to have my pedicure obviously. I explained to owner what happened. He accused me of being in the wrong for not having slippers on which he told me was in the email confirmation that I received. I showed him IT was NOT in the email and reminded him that he saw me barefooted and said nothing. The wife chirping in the back ground with a tonnes of attitude yells at me and said she’s had a horrible day. No one asked me if I was ok other than the esthetician who was visibly concerned when it happened. Made me pay full price and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to book a pedicure. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. STAY AWAY! New owners are selfish and clueless.
