Village Auto always has a great selection of quality pre-owned vehicles. If they weren't good cars and SUVs, they wouldn't be on their lot! I have bought two vehicles from Ken and Dave and have been extremely satisfied with my buying experience. Their prices are fair, and they are good guys to deal with directly. I would rather deal with an independent lot like Village Auto vs. a larger dealership any day.

Both Ken and Dave are rare finds in the world of auto sales. My experience with Ancaster Village Auto was stellar and prices were extremely competitive. The service was second-to-none. These guys will indeed take care of you.

If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. We received exceptional service when we recently purchased our vehicle. They went out of their way to ensure the safety was done properly, it was detailed before we picked up and even recovered the cargo cover for us two weeks later! The staff is courteous and very obliging.

My family has purchased 6 cars from Dave over the years. He is honest, fair and only sells cars he can stand behind.

Village Auto is a truly amazing used car dealership! It has totally changed my opinion of car dealerships and sales staff. Ken and Dave are extremely honest, knowledgeable and willing to assist. They take care of their customers bar none. I was pleasantly surprised how they look after their customers from the initial meeting to even after the car is off of the lot. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. When the customer picks up the car it is like a brand new car…they spare no expense in having the car detailed. My last dealing with a large dealership was less than enjoyable…once the car was bought, I was never able to speak to the salesman again…crappy service! Ken and Dave always have their door open to past, existing and future customers and keep the line of communication open! Thank you guys for being awesome!
