Faramarz had a great range of styles and prices to choose from. Confident in the quality of all of his rugs, he was patient in letting me look through his stock to find the “right” rug for me. I didn’t feel pressured to hurry up, not to purchase outside of my budget. Rather he was very obliging, offering to bring a few heavy rugs to my house to let me compare sizes and colours. So happy to have made the right match!

We just picked this up minutes ago and it is everything we hoped in our new apartment. The staffs were friendly. They also have a great selection and no matter how much time we told him we couldn’t afford that price he kept on lowering it down until we could afford it! Very good quality hand made rugs! Will definitely come back to get another one for our entry way. Highly recommended place.

I'm writing to comment on an experience my wife had with what appears to be the owner. Today in Burnaby my wife, with our two young children were parallel parked and the owner of this service vehicle reversed and backed up into her car as she was trying to unload both kids. My wife had to run and slap his van to stop him from reversing into our car any further as he wasn't paying attention.Luckily no one was hurt, but what proceeded afterwards was why I am writing. As my wife approached him she asked to exchange information and he flat out refused. He was proclaiming he didn't hit her car, lying about it, and then trying to act super nice to my two young daughters covering up his true demeanor. Not sure if he treats women like this all the time, but I wonder if I was there would he have acted differently.For the record there was damage, as our lower fog light housing is now cracked. My wife brought this to his attention and he denied it.Ask yourself if you want to be in business with a person of these morals.

Very friendly customer service team. A huge selection of rugs, different styles. The team was taking the time to show the products and provide explanation. We bought two rugs, once simpler design and one more sophisticated. It is great to see the products locally in store versus buying over the internet. (I noticed in the reviews concerns around COVID measures, but in our experience all staff were wearing masks). So far our experience has been very good with this store.Just adding to our experience two weeks later. We did not think the initial purchase for the kitchen rug worked out. So, we went back and they took the rug back for exchange without any problems, we took a few rugs home to try them out and then selected the one that we thought would work best for us. Amazing service. The owner provides a complimentary service where he brings in a few selected rugs to our house (that we select) so we can decide which go better with our furniture. We bought 3 rugs yesterday. Exceptional service and very friendly owner/staff. Beautiful exotic handmade rugs! Very happy with our choices!
