Great experiences to be had here. I dealt with Samantha S. 2 years ago upon setting up my first two phones, and she made it a super easy process. She's very accommodating and knowledgeable. I now find myself at the end of my plan term, and I called to see what options are available on the bring-it-back program. Samantha instantly, and I mean instantly, located a far superior offer than that which I am currently on, and hooked me up within minutes.All I have to say is that her professionalism, down to earth and accommodating demeanor, make it a pleasure to seek out new and better phones and plans.Look no farther. Our experience at this store, (Brantford, King George Rd) and especially the service that Samantha provided was second to none! We came in with an old Samsung G3 and came out with an iPhone 11 (the cell phone we wanted). Sam transferred all photos, contacts etc to the new phone in no time at all, upgraded the SIM card and kept our old number. We also upgraded our old data plan to a new one for the same cost. Sam definitely knows her stuff! She answered any questions we had and we left very happy! Looking for a new cell or have questions? this is the place to go.
