Boundary Construction

I've had the opportunity to help a couple of my friends purchase homes built by Joseph and his company as Joseph's real estate agent. I can honestly say that he has been easy to work with l, always well organized, on time and that every home that had been built has been nothing less than impressive no matter the price point. I plan to have my wife and I's home built by Joseph when we outgrow out current one- and that's the best compliment and recommendation I think anyone could give.

We are extremely happy with the house that Joseph built for us. The attention to detail with the layout on the property and finished product was beyond our expectations. The house is easy to heat and so far our energy bills point towards a great job of insulating and sealing the place against drafts. The appliances provided were high quality, more so than what I probably would have purchased on my own. Any concerns or changes that we had during construction were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Joseph has also provided help with my unattached shop, picking up what I either couldn’t do or didn’t want to do, at a reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to someone else for building needs.

Our home was a new construction. They started early April 2022 and the house was complete by end of August 2022. He was very thoughtful and took into consideration some things that I wanted, like the exterior color of the house and a barn door in my bathroom.

Joseph helped immensely in building my house (plus the detached shop) and did an excellent job. Good folks are hard to come by, so always good to have people like him around. Can't recommend Boundary more highly.
