We have been customers for a few years and have overall been happy with the service. Nick is definitely a great guy and very helpful. He responds quick and both him and Annette have both been very helpful and understanding. Not to mention with anything we have gotten from them they are very quick to deliver.Definitely recommend this store if you are looking to lease something out.

Today I became a new customer with easyhome, Orangeville. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendly employees. They made getting me a washer and dryer so easy, explained everything in detail and had them delivered that same night! Super pleased ! Thank you to Alysha, Annette and Eric! You guys are awesome!!

I have been dealing with Nick, Annette and the easy home crew for many many years now, we can practically consider them family!! But I have to say that they have been nothing but good to me and my family all these years and have gone out of their way during a few hardships we endured, to work with me and help me and my family out any way they could. They are kind, informative, caring and very resourceful in helping you acquire what you need in a timely fashion. I have just leased this beautiful couch today. I had an amazing experience, the process was nice and easy and was explained 100%. The customer service that I received was Absolutely warm and genuine. I recommend easyhome Orangeville to anyone in need of anything.

Poor customer service been a customers for 10 years and been treated poorly by the workers there they need to learn how to address the customers better and maybe they will get more business
