I contacted Preszler Law when I learned of my employee disability benefits being cut off. I became a client of Raj Bhogal. Raj was transparent, patient, & empathic. I cried a lot over the course of our almost 3 year working relationship. He took it in stride, never made me feel guilty about expressing my feelings or emotions. Yes, they are lawyers, but if you get lucky you may get one with a heart as big as your own. This is Raj! I couldn't be more grateful for his service & professionalism.You may be wondering why this is not a 5 start review.. Preszler Law fell short with their communication. I recognize that lawyers are often in court working for their clients; this is great. What isn't great is the HUGE gap that is created when your primary legal counsel is away in court, thus unavailable to respond to communication or correspondence. This is a service gap within this law firm. If you aren't careful & proactive you will fall through the cracks. This is what happened to me.Preszler Law, I ask that this gap be addressed to further prevent the frustration & confusion I went through!Being left without an income is extremely difficult, I question if lawyers can ever truly understand. It doesn't help your clients when the legal team fails to communicate to you. I would have liked to know when the settlement was being issued, & what the tracking number!I absolutely should not have had to chase anyone for these answers. I don't fault Raj for this, this is a systematic crack in the law office that needs to be addressed. Do with this info what you will.Would still recommend working with Preszler Law but I encourage you to stay vigilant to avoid falling through the cracks!!

Raj Bhogal and his team at Preszler Law were able to help me get a settlement for a MVA that far exceeded my expectations and initial settlement offers received. The lawyer, Seth Wheeldom, who took my case after my car accident in 2018 was a great help and was always available to chat over phone when I needed and was quick to answer my many questions I was sending him by email. He gave me great advice, he was always listening and I felt that he was looking after my best interest. Seth was awesome, helpful and professional like everyone else at that firm that helped at different degrees during the 4.5 years that firm represented me.

I had Tyler Dennis as my lawyer for the last 5 years. During the 5 years he never let me down & took a lot of my stress away. When ever I had a question he always answered my emails or calls quickly, whether it was day or night. He always listened patiently & gave the best advice. When I got into my car accident, I called Prezler law. They sent someone over immediately. I didn’t even have to go to the office. My assigned lawyer was Tyler Dennis. I don’t think I could’ve gotten a better lawyer. He was always there for me answered all my emails timely, and was very easy to understand. He would even respond to me on weekends and late evenings. I don’t think he ever stops working. I could tell he works hard to get the best outcome possible. I would recommend this law firm and Tyler Dennis to everyone.

My case was a few years long and stressful because it was my first, but Mr.Seth Wheeldon and his TEAM (had to emphasize because they played a huge role too) really pulled through for me even though I was down and out many times. It has been a long 5 years or so since the accident with many ups and downs. Throughout this time, I was very lucky to work with a great firm like Preszler. I never thought I would go through this journey and experience, and never imagined that life would take me in this direction. I did not know what to expect. I am lucky to have had Preszler on my side, and even more lucky to have had great people like Seth, Leah and Colleen treat me right, always advocate on my behalf, support me in many ways and always fight for me. They treated me with respect and dignity. As it was my first exposure to the world of motor vehicle accidents, ICBC, lawyers, therapies and so many other things, I have to say that I wasn’t sure how my relationship with Preszler Law was going to be. Going into this, I always had this pre-conceived opinion about lawyers and law firms that they treat people like numbers, and I thought that I will be just some other guy whom law firms would take on and then toss away shortly after. Maybe I watch too many movies, or maybe I just think negatively based on stereotypes, or maybe because there are so many law firms out there these days who only care about the bottom line, but I was very wrong. Not even once have I felt like I was treated like a statistic or a number. I was shown compassion, understanding, and empathy. They fought very hard for me. I remember all the great conversations that I had with both Seth and Colleen and many other people at Preszler Law. They opened my eyes to so many things and taught discipline in my approach with dealing with people. They treated me like a human being, which is all I ever asked for. I needed help and they were there for me all the way from the beginning until the end. My experience with ICBC has humbled me. There are so many other people out there with much more severe injuries than mine who struggle more than me on a daily basis.
