My children love coming here, particularly for birthdays. Though this place can be a nightmare for adults--it can get LOUD with all the excited kids--children seem to have a blast.That said, the last time we were here I was surprised to see that it was in rough(ish) shape. Two of the video games in the lobby were out of order, as was the laser tag screen that shows the players' score. One of the booths that gives out tokens for video games was also not workingMy kids and their friends, however, didn't seem to notice these flaws, as they had a blast playing laser tag and celebrating a birthday in the party room. I fully expect my family to return here in the future

Celebrated my son's 14th Birthday here. Had 6 kids all had a blast!! Played a few rounds. They said it was so much fun. And can't wait to go back again. Two large platforms to play from. They loved it! Will return recommend for all ages. Reservations if your a big party or family. They take military discounts helps alot!!

Recently celebrated my son's birthday at LaserMaxx! Fantastic experience all around. They're very organized and on time!!

I recommend making a reservation, we showed up without one and had to wait. They have arcade games so that kept us busy. Lots of people in the lobby so it got kind of loud, but my kids didn’t seem bothered. One of my kids lasers stopped working mid game but the game attendant changed his vest and he got to keep playing which was great! Everything went really well! We will definitely be back!

My son and his friends had an amazing time for his birthday this weekend. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I must also give them extra credit because they had A LOT of groups/kids to manage at the same time and they did it impeccably. Everything went smoothly and the kids had a blast! We will definitely be going back :)

My daughter went for a birthday party and had a wonderful time. It seemed well organized and not too hectic despite the loud atmosphere. When she had an issue with the equipment, the staff was happy to help to ensure she could keep playing. The party was great and staff were kind and friendly.

Had a blast at LaserMaxx with a bunch of friends.The staff were helpful and our marshal was super energetic. I can only imagine how much it takes to repeat the same intro every 20 to 30 minutes.We signed up for 3 missions each, but some of our friends had to leave early as they weren’t expecting it to be as physically demanding.I let the front desk know of the drop outs expecting them to just remove the players from the game, but they refunded me the cost for the unplayed rounds which was unexpected.I would recommend this place as a fun evening out for any ages.

Great staff, and fun environment. The entry is overwhelmingly loud and could use some sound proofing, and it smells strongly of teenage boy, but worth it. The playing area is excellent and multileveled.

So much fun! It's exactly the same as the old LaserQuest that was previously in the same location, but with lighter guns and smaller vests. The games were so much fun and the party room was great. The staff were so good. They were helpful and well organized. The entrance of the building is like a mini arcade which is great fun while you wait. It's very loud in there, so be prepared for that and if you have a sensitivity, bring some protection for your ears. It's a pretty overstimulating place, but overall so much fun. Will definitely be going back. Our kid is 8 and he and his friends had so much fun! It was a great time. Perfect activity for a rainy day or a birthday party.

We went for a boy's birthday and the kids had a great time. The staff is well organized and took care of all the details, which is amazing given the constant flow of groups and dozens of people roaming at any given time. The party room upstairs is huge. Our marshall did a great job of explaining rules and making sure game play was fun for everyone. The games in the waiting" area seemed suitable for all a ages."
