Simon's Prime Hamburgers
Very busy place. Poor procedures in place for COVID safety. You wait until they call your order number to add the fixings but my order wasn’t even complete and another girl called the next person to a prep station right next to me. No separation at all. All they had to do was wait another minute and the station would be clear.Food was mediocre at best and very overpriced for the quality. Any fast food drive thru would have been a better choice. Lesson learned.

Good food . Always make sure to tell them lightly cooked French fries as I don't like them over cooked , but poutine great burger good .

Love the food only gave it a 3 star because of the following. Service could be way better. Everyone seems like they don't want to be there and are unorganized. Atmosphere inside could use an update as well seems so dark and grim in the location off Tecumseh Rd and Central.

Staff won't get a manager on the phone, will only take your name and number and nobody returns your phone call. Tried calling and leaving a message with staff twice but no response from management. Used to frequent the restaurant all the time because of the friendly courteous staff and great food. Won't be returning when they have no respect for people calling and making an inquiry.

The burger was a generous size, and I opted for the one with pulled pork. However, the pork flavor was overpowering, almost like I was eating a pulled pork sandwich instead. The Montreal poutine was enjoyable overall. The cheese curds had dill infused, although I couldn't really taste it while eating the poutine.

Very disappointing order last night. Especially given all the great reviews. Burgers were extremely dry and the patty was tiny. It was all bun. Poutine wasn’t great either, extremely salty. Come to think of it I’ve only ever had great burgers at the old downtown location.

Probably would have given them 5 stars if the chips weren’t so salty. However, I loved my bourbon burger, and my wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich, they both hit the spot just right. Definitely one of better burgers I have eaten in Windsor since my move. The lady who prepared my burger was extremely nice, so a definite plus on customer service. Would recommend this spot to others. I will definitely be going back.

Very disappointed in the burger and poutine . This is the second time being disappointed but thought maybe the first was a fluke. I used to really enjoy their Greek burger, this was the only place I would order a burger and poutine. The fries were burnt, skimpy on the curds and the gravy was not as tasty. The burger was dry and definitely not a fresh bun. My granddaughter even commented on her order as being overdone fries and dry bun. I tried just in case but will not be eating here particularly since it is not that cheap. Very disappointed since I used to enjoy their food.
