So glad we have found this place. Love their cappuccinos and their pastries are great too. The view from the upper level over the bay is the best!

Coffee is ALWAYS freshly made and their deli sandwiches are absolutely delicious.The turkey and Brie is my favorite. The refreshing healthy 1/2 sweet matcha tea is awesome.Average specialty drink runs you about 5$And the most delicious sandwiches with skimpy toppings about 8$ and the guy, I just found out, doesn't give to any local charities, so that's what you're supporting.Don't take the community money if you're not willing to give back.

This is the place, look no further! Best coffee for miles. Great staff, decor, and atmosphere as well. Worth turning off the highway for, and also very close to Smugglers Cove.

Cute place. Service was ok. Unfortunately we had to ask for a new coffee. Our first cup tasted burnt. Which was replaced with no questions asked. stopped in after being recommended this place while staying at the Cape View Cottages. We grabbed a coffee and tried the grilled cheese and tomato and chickpea soup. Was perfect for an cool & rainy day.

$24 for a coffee, muffin and sandwich. Expensive times but this is insane. Muffin was a bit hard, and dry. Mocha coffee tasted great, sandwich was delicious. Food should have 3.5 stars. But overall experience, especially the prices are pulling this down to a 2. (Review corrected, original $28, checked reciept, order for a LG Mocha, sandwich and muffin with small tip, just under $25)

I wasn't quite feeling like having coffee when we arrived, but the smell of fresh coffee walking in was just intoxicating. I decided to go with one of their Pina Colada Smoothies and a Turkey & Brie Paninis - best choice! It hit the spot! My cousins thoroughly enjoyed their coffees and food as well! It's a fresh cafe, that gives off a great vibe. I'd be there every day if I lived near by!

Came here with my dad during our vacation and it was delicious! The food was amazing, the Cinnamon Chai was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and nice, the service was quick and the place looked great.

Everything about this Sip location is great - the staff, the service, the baked goods and food. It's a lovely space to meet, meet friends, or read a book. But the drip coffee is terrible. Really terrible, worse than instant coffee. I've been going with coworkers for the past 4 years, and it's always horrendous - I never finish a cup. I decided to get my coffee at the gas station this month, and it was a huge relief. I hope they figure it out someday.
