I have been coming to Ecotique for a few years and am always happy with my service. The last time I had a pedicure I had Natasha and she was awesome! I highly recommend her professionalism and her care to attention. One of the best pedicures I’ve had.

Booked a pedicure a week in advance. Contacted several times to confirm. They changed my appointment time once and ultimately canceled day of. 2 hours before.

I always have Natasha for everything. Very friendly and professional. Have followed her from Metrotown location and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Her waxing skills are the best, I have had facials and massages and she is excellent. I must say that it is a shame that the front end staff do not appear professional. Customers come first and I find they are preoccupied. Maybe a training issue. Regardless, as long as Natasha works here as an aesthetician, I will keep booking with her!

I have been coming to Eccotique for approximately the last 15 Years or so. I have never had a bad experience, I’ve sampled most of the services here but my favourite by far are the facials and pedicures. Tamara is the BEST! All of the staff are amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about the Dermalogica line of skin care products - which is my go to skin care system. Love this line.I even recently had a hair service here by Naomi and was very pleased with service and style she did.I can without a doubt recommend this spa !

Ever since I walked into this place and I got my haircut from Naomi over 2 years ago I have had amazing and perfect hair. Never disappointed. Her brow waxes make me look really good. The music even relaxes me. Everything about this place is the best. Awesome staff :)

I've never had such additude from a sales person ever before. Went in was going to purchase a few hundred dollars of product. I've heard the girl say they had no bags. I said to her you have no bags. Sorry but I wont beable to carry all this around. She lashed at me ya we have mo bags this isn't my fault' I told her I wasn't being rude. Just stating a fact and she didn't have to be so rude to me and additude. I know with Christmas and not having bags is not fun. But being polite doesn't take that much energy. I'm never going g back here again. Now I can see why people say never go to this business."

Just returned home from a gel pedicure with Leah!! She was so very sweet and personable. She made it feel like I had been her client for such long time even though I am brand new to her! The place is also spotless which is awesome and makes me feel totally at ease. I am already trying to plan out when I can visit the spa for another service. Will for sure be coming back!

I would have given 5 stars but there were booking issues. Booked online for back exfoliation and hydra facial. Booked it for 1015am. A few days before the appointment I recd a vm confirming my appt was for noon and 415pm, and one of the services was incorrect. Ended up calling the morning of my appointment and the staff rearranged bookings back to the original times. Both spa services were excellent. Eileen and Jessica were great. Highly recommend the hydra facial.

This spa is under rated. Their prices are amazing for their services especially when it comes to the great service providers. I followed natasha from another spa and she is amazing. Best wax I've had, ever! She also uses hard wax. Fast efficient and painless. Highly recommend her.
