“Nav Bains” Finance Manager set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Nav Bains was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He told us what documents we need. arranged another sales agent to take us to the bank and Autopac for car registration and insurance. Thank You Very Much" Nav Bains for all the help you did for us. I Would Like To Say Big Thank You" to Alex Pedriera who was there for us to help! I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided and the salesman’s (Alex) knowledge of the cars themselves. I came without a vehicle and left with one that I could not be more happy with. Alex Pedriera was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. Awesome experience working with rajan getting my new Nissan qashqai, he kept me informed of when my vehicle was being delivered, wonderful experience, great customer service, used to deal with Jim gauthier for years, never again will I go anywhere other than mcphillips Nissan, would highly recommend them, and nav is wonderful, easily answered any questions I had about the vehicle, they know everything about the cars they are selling , would highly recommend

I am having issues with my car, it vibrates when it goes above 90km/hr. First they didn’t have an appointment available for next couples days to even inspect to see what’s wrong so I went to kal Tire to get it inspected. They found no issues with the alignment and balancing. I called the dealership back to prioritize it as it is a safety concern and they told me to bring the vehicle in 4 days so they want me to keep driving unsafe. I asked for a loaner car and they don’t have one available just like any other time so I asked them to book me rental car. They couldn’t help me other than bringing the car in for inspection 4 days later because the manager is off for 2 days and nobody else have the authority to book a rental car. I would not recommend to buy vehicle for this dealership because they want your money and offer no help when you need it the most. They expect you to not have a personal life, work and kids so they will service you at there convenient. Loaner car is never available, get another one why always customer have to suffer…

Was told that the SUV I wanted was too expensive for me. The fact that they were over priced by 8000 was the reason why I didn't want to buy and tried to negotiate on price.Used (2019 infiniti qx60) vehicle in the showroom that was dirty with overspray on the door handles and windows.I was dealing with salesman because it was my purchase. He kept communicating with my husband and bypassing me. I asked for the carfax report while we were inside and my husband was outside looking at the vehicle. When the salesman returned with the carfax he walked right past me and went outside and gave it to my husband.Was also told that it was normal for a pathfinder to have a quieter interior than an infiniti.?Oh they also added a fee for administrative and paperwork fees. Who still does that? It was like $700Ended up buying what I wanted for the price I wanted privately.This is a typical dealership.. horrible
