Great service and good work. First time home buyer not aware of things sales person rob clearly explained what is needed how can I plan to replace windows once or based on budget. Got a reasonable quote after shopping for 4-5 service providers. Installation is neat and clean

Great company to work with .. fairly quick arrival of windows and install.. we had 13 windows installed ( triple pane) would highly recommend ; much quieter than the builder windows.. Had windows installed in Jan and now June and absolutely no issues .. We have recommended Consumer Direct to other neighbors.. installers were great .. trimmed the interior and exterior very well.. Nice job guys .. Thanks

10 New windows installation - Completed to perfectionI wanted to change all the windows in my home and got a good quote from David Greenberg. The team did a really good job with the installation and completed the work very professionally. Though there were some delays in the order but the end result was really good. I would definitely recommend Consumer Direct Windows and Doors to anyone.

I purchased an old home and with large beautiful windows however they were loud, drafty and one was even replaced with plywood. So one of the first things I started researching was window companies.I reached out to an advertisement I saw online for consumer direct and they were very helpful. Mike came and showed me the samples of the triple pane windows and the front door with the 3 point contact locking mechanism and the fact it was all made here in Ontario was appealing.He helped get me going with the Greener Homes program and the enbridge rebates through the energy inspector also. With all of the incentives and the financing that was available for this it really made the whole project a great value in my opinion.We replaced 13 windows, one of which is a cathedral style, 3 patio doors and a front door and I couldn't be happier.The home is in close proximity to a railroad and a busy road and the sound used to really penetrate the house. I haven't been woken up by the train since. And with the advanced mechanisms and locking features of these windows I'm much more confident that an intruder would have a very hard time entering the home.The customer service has been great through the whole process and the installers did an awesome job as well.5/5 recommended this team.

Got our old patio door replaced by Consumer Direct and we are so glad we chose them! The process was seamless and the turnaround time was very pretty fast! Mr.Rob inspected our patio door, made sure to explain the process and follow up on the entire process from the start to end. Our patio door wasn't of the standard size & we had limited space to get the door inside but Mr.Dale & his team were very efficient and handled all of this very well. The door was installed in less than half a day! Would strongly recommend Consumer Direct.

Just had our new windows installed and honestly cannot be happier!! I don't write reviews often but had to express how impressed we have been with Consumer Direct the entire process. Scott is very knowledgeable and personable, Joe the owner is a complete gentlemen and even dropped by on the first install day. Last but not least Branko and Filip who did all the heavy lifting were outstanding, great guys and total Pros. Fantastic job, would highly recommend!!

We just completed our installation of windows and doors by Consumer Direct and we are very happy with the product and installation.The windows are triple pane with excellent insulation factor and many of them are the awning design which are amazing. The doors look great and are very well constructed.

What a great experience dealing with the entire crew at consumer direct.From the sales staff, installation crew and accounting, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with.Every other company said it would take 12-16 weeks to get my window, consumer direct said and got it to me in less than 8, they actually delivered and installed it 1 week before they said they would. Super impressed and will definitely use them for future window needs.
