Worst place ever do don’t put your loved one here all cost if I could give 0 stars I would for starters they to druged my grandma with a sleeping pill also to add they have dropped more then 4 times in less then A year also always short psw Cant even bring good food for my grandma and cant even take my grandma to the movies . So if you love your one do put them here at all cost there so much that happened but can’t fit it all here

If you have a special loved one, don’t bring them here. They look at your loved ones as transactions and they don’t actually care for them - my grandma was neglected and passed shortly, in less than 2 weeks of being here, and was admitted for being dehydrated and malnourished. On top of this, they sent us a bill for my grandmas stay (a whole month after she passed away) and said we owed them money. They not only care for them as a human but aren’t sensitive to the family’s situations. Who would send a bill to a deceased family? And not only that, sent the bill to a WRONG name (not even sure where they got this information from), but they have all the information on paper work - again, they don’t care. I will be looking to take higher action

I have seen only one privat room real bad just a bed in the room .the sectary very rude, employees are notKind .

Some of the nurses are incredibly nice and kind hearted people. Most of the upper management hasn't given me that impression though. To them it seems people are just a cost. If you can find a better solution through at home care or other facilities.

Lots of new and energetic staff.
