I called Randy to book a septic inspection on a remote island property. Randy reviewed all of the installation certificates and plans and previous inspections and gave us a solid opinion. He also called back to offer suggestions of a septic pumping service that would be able to come to this remote location. His advice was great and his follow up demonstrated that he puts in the extra effort to serve his customers.
