I was in the store today and met Evy. Best customer service ever. I asked her a lot of questions and she provided great knowledge and feedback and was very helpful. I will definatley be going back to the Park Royal store to make my Aveda purchases

We visited the location a couple of weeks ago. Very friendly and outgoing staff. Their product knowledge is diverse and suggestions actually do work. Wouldn't go anywhere else for hair products. All covid protocols are in place and they love pets as well.

Been Aveda customers for some 15 years in Hong Kong and since moving to Vancouver in 2016, for 5 years at the Aveda shop in Park Royal. 3 family members shop there regularly but every singme time there is confusion as they can’t find the account in their system.Umtil today, it was always eventually resolved.This time spent 20 Minutes providing first, last names, phone numbers, e-mails, so eventually, I had enough and left.Unbelievable how a high end shop is treating long time loyal customers.They should be able to locate accounts by last name, issue customer cards or whatever.If more than person of the same household goes to the store and can’t remember what details are kept on record, there should be an easy way to find the records

Went there to exchange a present that I had purchased for my mom. They had only one staff and she was new. I waited for a while while she was finishing with another customer,she clearly didn’t have proper training and had problems figuring out how to work the cashier. When it was my turn she told me to move to the side as the return/exchange will take her some time. So she wanted to help other customers who were behind me. I felt insulted as I waited for my turn with a toddler. She started to use rude loud voice with me and had caused a huge scene. i have never been treated so bad before. I just took the credit as she didn’t know how to issue a return and never used it.

I have been a loyal Aveda customer for over 25 years and am appalled at lack of customer service from Aveda Canada. I spent a lot of time phoning and emailing to try to fix an online order and received ZERO response. Thats a nice way to treat loyal customers! Time to find a new favourite!

Needed MAJOR help revamping my entire hair routine for 3A curly hair. Was given samples, education, fresh caffeine free house blend tea, and samples, and hand written instructions so that if it works out, I'll buy the right products to suit my needs. Thank you Aveda!

I need product for my thinning hair but way too expensive they wanted 165.00 dollars for products! Ugh to much.
