It's amazing how clean carpets can make your home feel brand new!I enjoyed having Steve in my home. He was friendly and knowledgeable; he gave me cleaning tips I didn't even think of! Best of all, I wasn't pressured or up-sold on anything I didn't need, which has happened with other companies I've used in the past.If you're reading this looking for someone to clean your carpets, I highly recommend them!

We had our carpets cleaned by Nate and Kiefer. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very personable and did an amazing job with not only cleaning the carpets but navigating carefully around newly painted walls and furniture. Would HIGHLY recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Would never use this business again. Both the carpeting and couch looked worse AFTER their clean" than before. The only reason I didn't give a lower score was because they did put in the required time

Severio Asaba our carpet expert did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions, was very professional, removed all the stained areas, was very careful cleaning The carpets dried quickly with no stretching .With other carpet cleaners I've had to wait much longer to have dry carpets to walk on.The home smells refreshed and I wouldn't hesitate to have this young man clean my carpets in the future. He also was able to remove a stain on one of our dining room chairs.

I am beyond happy with our technician Mike. Extremely knowledgeable and kind, I learned more about our carpet from him as well as the peace of mind he has given to me by doing a fantastic job before our baby is due- I feel less anxious knowing my home and carpet is sanitized, deodorized, and clean.I fully understood with the type of stains we had that they may not be fully lifted and even Mike had cautioned me as well, but after the job was done it was 110% more amazing than we expected.Thank you Mike for prompt on-time service as well as being genuinely great and passionate about the work you’ve provided.

I phone Refresh after a company I had originally hired was a no show. They were able to schedule and appointment for me that day! They ended up coming early, which worked amazing for me. The quality of service was great and Nate, our technician, was professional and did an amazing job. Defiantly recommending them to friends!

Very satisfied with the outcome. Employee Severio Asaba was polite, upbeat, positive, and in the end; dependable. He even got a hold of me through text when my phone unexpectedly stopped to work for calls and waited patiently for me to arrive while I made my way back home and reassured me with understandable text replies.His professional work lead to the best outcome for my carpet. Stains from liters of coffee months old and unwashed and energy drinks are impossible to 100% disappear but the spots are 90% gone and that is impressive thanks to the methods used and the severity of situation.Excellent service and a good representative of the company Refresh Carpet. The room is now bright, uplifted and nicely scented. And although as expected one area somewhat remains due to coffee marinating in the carpet fibers for months, atleast now its presentable to others. well done!
