The vet was good. Took care of my dog effectively in an emergency situation. Getting a hold of the vets in emergency situations is an absolute nightmare. Vettriage is full of glitches. I had to make a new account and email address just to be able to pay $ 50 USD to speak to a vet fr Nevada who finally determined my dog deserved emergency care.

Dr. Bonafine and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional with caring hearts towards animals and their families. We had to said good bye to our dear boy yesterday. Everything was well explained, choices were respected, time and space was given for our grief. With their help, the whole process was respectful and supportive. Thank you for taking care of our boy for the past 12 years. Truly appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart.

My husband and I recently moved to Prince George and were in need of a new vet. Upon messaging CHVC we were told we would need to pay a $99+ tax fee per animal (we have 4 animals) just for a vet to talk to us. We were told the fee was to determine future issues"

Very thankful to be a new patient at this clinic. Our previous vet was on the complete other side of town! Our new vet was very kind, also took the time to give me some resources on different ways to clean our little dogs teeth. Front desk receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming!
