Thankyou so much to Kyle and the team. It was hard to get anybody to come for my small repair and then i found Tri Us. I had to replace my old lead water line leaving a 4X2 mudpile in the middle of my drive. I would recommend these boys to anyone! Thanx again guys!

We have only used Kyle and his team since moving to Hamilton a few yrs ago. They are quick and efficient and it's nice to know that Kyle comes on the job each time.It's so great that they have expanded into Reno's and other home maintenance jobs. I contacted Kyle to get a quote for my 48 unit townhouse complex. He showed up the same day, and I had a written quote within the week. Once the quote was approved, he and his crew showed up the following week and got to work! There were some delays due to rain, but Kyle and the guys went above and beyond to get my property finished. They even did extras not quoted, or charged for. They worked around the members here to ensure the large project was as painless as possible for the people who live here. My property looks incredible and refreshed and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done!

They also took away scrap left behind from the other company and got us in with the company he recommends for replacing a driveway. I can not thank him enough! I highly recommend. I hired Trius Asphalt Sealing Company to seal my driveway, expecting a professional and long-lasting result. However, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a complete disaster. From the quality of their work to their abysmal customer service, Trius Asphalt Sealing Company has proven to be the epitome of unreliability and incompetence.First and foremost, the sealing job performed by this company was shockingly subpar. After just 3-4 months, the sealing began to peel off in all areas, leaving my driveway in shambles. it also raises questions about the durability and longevity of their sealant.To make matters worse, despite committing to fixing any issues that may arise, they have shown a complete disregard for their customers. I reached out to them multiple times, explaining the problem and reminding them of their commitment to rectify it. Shockingly, they did not bother to respond or acknowledge my concerns. It is utterly disappointing to see such blatant unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Furthermore, the lack of communication and follow-up from the company only amplifies their unreliability. A reputable business would understand the importance of promptly addressing customer concerns, especially when they have made a commitment to resolve any issues that may arise. However, they blatant disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrates their lack of integrity and professionalism.In light of my terrible experience with Trius ,I strongly advise against hiring their services. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted money by seeking a more competent and reliable company that values their customers. It is unfortunate that I trusted them with my driveway, only to be left with a mess and zero support from the company when I needed it the most.
