Had an excellent experience here. The endodontic I saw is very skilled and experienced. I felt very comfortable being under his care.He took the time to explain what I was going through and answered all my questions. Very straightforward and no nonsense.The staff is also very friendly and reached out to me after the procedure to check in on me. Had no issues at all.Would easily recommend this place to anyone who requires Endodontic care.

I have had a complicated case and have received the most tremendous care at Durham Endodontics. Dr. Bellamy is thorough, excellent during procedures and ensures you understand ALL options and possibilities. I am grateful for Michelle who is an extraordinary administrator, she really knows the office end of things and has been supportive and helpful in coordinating all appts and understanding the insurance steps. A really great team at this office.

Was referred to this practice by my Dentist and this is strictly pertaining to customer service. Now I take accountability for my part in not providing an ample amount of time in rescheduling my appointment, this was mostly due to financials. This review is directed only towards the Administrator/Receptionist that deals with appointments. Her tone, key word, tone is absolutely rude and unwelcoming. I understand her frustration with me but I would have found a way to go through with the procedure, although costly, as soon as I was financially able to...but I will find elsewhere.
