I agree with Daniel's negative review. I saw the facebook contest where you offered free items in exchange for positive reviews. I have not shopped at your store but was shared the post asking for a positive google review in exchange for entry into your contest. Yes people should shop local but local bussiness should also operate in a fair and honest manor. Yes my review and the other reviews are 100% valid. Telling people their opinion of your store is invalid because its negative is also bad business.

Edit: Thank you for finally replying but “a long time to sort out” means nothing. Especially since it’s been over a year and that’s all you have blanket statement said. You have still yet to reach out with my balance, clothes to pick up or even any kind of time frame. This is not harassment, this is upset at your blatant stealing and lack of communication.Zero stars!!!! Wouldn’t let me post without one.Gave my clothes for consignment on June 26th 2021. I am still yet to receive any money for my clothes or my clothes returned. I have contacted Anna through every imaginable avenue for her business. Facebook, instagram, phone out of service, store closed down. I have tried many times. She has reached out to me once in this time four months ago stating she was “handling many consignment accounts” and has children and be patient. I have children too. I wanted to deal locally to support mothers and local businesses. I have been nothing but disappointed and ignored. This is not the way to deal with clients or run a business. My clothing is still up for sale on the website despite me asking to close my consignment and retrieve money or items. Many of my items are new with tags and maternity items I can sell elsewhere. I’m not sure what to do now or who to turn to because she has essentially stolen my clothing. I hope this will be resolved, either having my clothes or cash returned. I will never deal with this outlet again.

One of my worst experiences with a consignment store.Anna approached me to buy some used clothing on FM. I post clothes normally in good condition to fair": sometimes they need minor repairs IE small rips

I was in need of a bathing suit, but unable to get into the store. I was able to have pictures sent to me so I could choose. I even got delivery and was able to exchange what didn't work. I am very pleased with the customer service, and quality of the product. I will definitely be purchasing things in the future. Check out her website, she has something for everyone including brand new items and consignment items. Everything is reasonably priced and good quality. :)

Love this store, I found great stuff in both the consignment and the new clothes. The bathing suits are so cute and fit great. Great sundresses. Had my size in everything. Overall good experience.

Anna's Outlet is fantastic! A busy gal, balancing family and work, has created an amazing shopping experience! Due to unfortunate timing with the pandemic, she has still succeeded to get her store up and running! Due to the pandemic, I was unable to get to her physical store so her online shopping option was perfect. After purchasing a few items a couple hurdles popped up, through no fault of her own. The exceptional customer service overcame these hurdles and my super cute products arrived safely and directly to my home! Thank you so very much! I will definitely be ordering from Anna's Outlet again! Please support this young lady and business, you won't be disappointed!

I consigned clothing here, and despite numerous attempts over the last 6 months to inquire about my balance via Facebook, text, calling, and stopping by, I've received no response. I'm not interested in your excuses—that's unprofessional. Just respond to my Facebook messages or texts and tell me my balance.

This store is a scam and the owner is a basically a thief. I consigned a large bag of clothing, some still with the tags on. I've been trying for 2 months to reach the owner as I've had no word about what is sold and what they owe me. I have Facebook messaged, was told to text message, I've texted three times and received no response. I went to the store and was told they have no record of my consignment. DO NOT CONSIGN YOUR CLOTHING HERE. The owner essentially stole my clothing to make a profit for herself. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
