Ferme Butte & Bine Farm

We loved our stay at Sylviane & Emeric’s farm. Before we got there they were responsive and lovely. When we arrived they upgraded us to the suite which was a treat because it has a screened in porch and big tub! The room is full of thoughtful details like local room spray, natural soap, locally-made shower steamer, lovely local teas etc. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into making it a nice experience. We ordered the raclette platter for two and ate it on the screened in porch after our baby went to bed. It was delicious! Highly recommend adding this to your stay. We were stuffed after enjoying all the local produce, meats and cheese. The included waffle breakfast was heavenly! My husband and I agreed they were the best waffles we’ve ever had. The farm is so peaceful we felt rested after only one night (which is hard to achieve with a baby lol). We enjoyed walking around to see the chickens and patting Zuck (not sure about spelling) - their dog. To top it off Sylviane & Emeric could not be nicer or more sweet. Highly recommend this place!

I was diagnosed with a wheat (gluten) allergy in 1999. Two years ago I had a major flare related to it and can eat nothing with wheat or gluten. Not even a small amount. I was told several times that organic sourdough bread might just be ok. I tried a couple times but no luck. So I was hesitant to try Ferme Butte & Bine bread but decided to take a chance. Let’s just say that I am eating bread without any problem for the first time in over 20 years. Apparently finding the real deal in terms of organic was the key. Their cinnamon rolls are like a little bit of heaven. The crispy outside and chewy inside. Not too sweet. And you can freeze them and when they thaw the texture is exactly as fresh. The bread I eat some the day I get it and the next day and then cut into slices and freeze the rest. The flavour is amazing. Even if you have tried other sourdough bread products give this a try. It is too good to pass by!

We have been buying Emeric's wonderful bread (and many vegetables) regularly ever since we met them at the Cornwall Waterfront Market this year. We are very lucky to have such a great farm and bakery near Cornwall.

A complete farm experience including the best bed and breakfast near Cornwall. Spent a few days at the farm and Airbnb, and we got just what we needed, quiet time, good food, and a good company. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay, as Slyviane and Emeric are soulful and thoughtful. Our dog, had a wonderful time with their dog Zouk, who also accompanied us when we went for walks. The guest house was well maintained and clean, the breakfast was delicious, especially the sourdough waffles were scrumptious.We would definitely be coming back soon for a longer stay and would recommend it to others.

The breads are amazing. Beautiful little farm with an great little B&B. Don't forget to pick up their organic vegetables at the side street stand!

My partner & I have been lucky enough to enjoy Ferme Butte & Bine's baked goods and CSA weekly garden goodies for the past few months!Sylviane and Emeric are truly passionate about their farm, the quality of their foods & veggies, and above all else...they carry a friendly, welcoming energy everywhere they go! Markets, events, bumping into them in town - they're wonderful people doing an amazing job - a true staple to the community! We will be forever customers :)

Amazing/addicting bread! Probably the best bread I’ve ever had! Emeric and Sylviane are charming people and you can see their passion in what they do. Will definitely be buying more of their baked goods when in Cornwall!

Such a friendly family with a lot of hospitality! We stayed a night at this little French farm house on our week long road trip from Quebec and it was refreshing.They have ducks, chickens, a cat and a dog. We got freshly picked vegetable salad from the farm. The tomatoes are very yummy. And the breakfast sourdough waffles were nice.
