My wife and I recently brought our dog to this veterinary clinic, which we have always trusted for our pet's care, as he was feeling very unwell with severe bloody diarrhea. We were extremely impressed by the clinic's ability to accommodate us on the very same day, providing prompt and attentive care for our beloved pet.The staff (Dr. Burke) conducted a thorough examination, performed necessary tests, and prescribed the appropriate medications. We were pleased to see that our dog started feeling better within just a few hours, and he made a full recovery within a matter of days.We have always turned to this clinic for their professionalism, compassionate care, and effective treatment, and they have consistently met our high expectations. Our experience was nothing short of excellent, and we are truly grateful for their assistance in restoring our dog's health. Wonderful clinicAll the staff are courteous and friendly and it is evident they all love their four legged patients. I have received excellent care for all my cats and dogs, and the primary vet I see is Dr Effendi and she is kind, compassionate and sorted out my senior cat with a complicated issue. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Such first class service. In one check up for our cat, I got an update from the cardiologist (who had done an ECG on her), saw a phenomenal primary care vet and vet tech and had the primary care vet take our cat to ‘check in’ with her usual vet to make sure they were on the same page about our cat’s health issue. I honestly felt like we were important and valued patients. Our cat was comfortable and happy. Our dog, who is a grumpy chihuahua, actually enjoys going there too. The doctors and staff truly love animals and the work they do. I feel relieved when our pets are left in their care and don’t have to worry about hidden charges.

The staff at Dundas West Animal Hospital are truly the best. Always so kind and compassionate. They always provide the information needed for pet owners to make an informed decision and aren't too pushy with optional tests and screening. I feel my dog is very well cared for at this clinic.

We moved to this vet a couple years ago as it was closer to our home and every single interaction we’ve had since the beginning has been wonderful. They take lots of time (phone and in person) are very thorough and care so much for our pets. The front desk is very responsive, efficient and have provided us with great direction in past. What prompted me to write this is how kind and respectful everyone was recently with our Guinness’s sudden passing. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Burke especially who was with us on Monday and for the card.

I have two or three vets near me, but after I read all the good comments about Dundas West Animal Hospital I decided to go there even I have to walk a lil bit more. Today was my puppy’s first visit to the vet and definitely it totally worth it! I was amazed how human and lovely all the staff and docs are there. Great customer service, nice place, felt warm and cozy! What I feel is that they are not focus only in checking your pets but to make people feel good and secure, they care for the owners as well. And Mocha loved it, with all the cookies, attention, cuddles and staff this will be a fun and nice place to visit. I don’t think she won’t be afraid to go to the vet never. Thank you Dr. Krayz and all the staff you guys are great.

Everyone at Dundas West Hospital is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I have a rescue Greyhound (with a little something thrown in) and when I first adopted her 4 years ago she was terrified of everything amd everybody. I tried another vet closer to where I live- but the vet used restraint and brute force and couldn’t even complete the exam- but charged the full price. So I asked around and was told that Dundas W. Animal Hospital was good amd also specialized in Greyhounds. They are more than good- they are great! They make sure my Zoey is relaxed by giving her treats, then petting her when they see she’s more comfortable, and don’t do anything to her if she shows any fear. Plus they are conscious of the fact that I have Long Covid and have not worked since the Pandemic, and never upsell me- in fact quite the opposite. I can’t state how good it feels to watch her walk in without trembling and to see the patience and care they take with her, and the effort they make to charge as little as possible whenever possible.

They are trust worthy vet in Toronto.last time I took my cat Chewbacca there,the doctor told me she was a pregnant.She told me what to expect when it comes to cat giving a birth and even printed out some articles about cat pregnancy for me.They are always willing to help you and your pets and I love the gesture!Totally recommended!

I am always greeted by the friendliest/kindest staff members. My dog feels so comfortable and welcome every time. I truly trust the vets at Dundas. They care and are genuine ppl. Thank you!

This place is the absolute best. We have always thought we’ve had great vets at other places but these folks here go above and beyond expectations. They’re so compassionate with both our dogs and every person and animal that walks through their door. They always check in on our guys after check ups and are always willing to answer questions and explain everything thoroughly. If I could rate 6 stars I would! Thanks for caring so deeply.
