The staff here were so kind and helpful. They went into detail about the surgery my dog was getting and were available to answer all my questions. I spent months debating the surgery I was getting because of the cost, and after calling vets in Calgary and surrounding areas I was quoted $3000 and upwards, I was able to get at done at Macleod for less then half that price but still with a lot of care. I am glad I was able to find this place and will be back if I need anything else done in the future :)

I've been coming here with my cats for some time and have always found the staff kind and courteous. However, I've recently discovered severe price gouging when it came time to have my new kitten spayed. They want over $600 for the procedure. I called a local spay and neuter clinic that will do it for $215. So be aware of the price you're paying here.

Dr Jones is the real deal. He is so friendly to my pooches and gives every single option for dealing with an ailment. The staff at the desk are all amazingly kind people and encourage visits to pop in just for snacks to keep the vet a positive space for the dogs!

Never had an issue dealing with this location and have been coming here for over 10 years. They are friendly, honest and my pup is always happy to be there. We drive across the city to ensure our pup's needs are met.

If i could give them a zero i would. Have been going to them for years and my dog had either a stroke or a seizure and it was time to put him down.They could make time for me the next day if he was to be looked at but because he was being put down they couldn’t fit me in until a week later. Money grabbing crooks. Obviously helping to put a dog out of their misery while a family shows their loyalty isn’t a top priority.

I have been bringing my animals here for over a decade. The vets are all very well educated. Dr Jones and Dr Edward's are my go to when bringing my fur babies in. I trust their opinions. And would recommend this vet 100%

They have taken the best care of my dog since the day she was born over 11 years ago and we continue to get unmatched care and compassion from every single person there from reception to the doctors. I would never consider going elsewhere for my dogs treatment. They truly care.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences here. My kitty is special needs and frequently needs vet visits. I've always been able to get quick appointments with excellent doctors. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. You can truly tell that everyone here cares about your pet. I would recommend Macleod Trail Animal hospital to anyone with fur babies.
