This family owned store is top notch! There isn’t a question they can’t answer, there extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.I went in on a Friday afternoon and the mom was at the counter and I asked if I could get a price on a pool heater. I got the price right away and she told me her son would call me to confirm the size and an installation time frame. Ed called me an hour later and told me the the heater he had in stock was the right size(BTU)He put me in contact with The gas company he recommended. I was very impressed that a couple of days later everything was installed and heating the pool. They always do there best to help there customers the shop is clean and the showroom is very nicely Laid out.

Amazing customer service. I called yesterday regarding an issue with a diverter valve that I thought broke off and Ed looked at some pictures and was quick to point out that it was in fact not broken but simply the valve shaft slip down. This is an honest company as someone else could have easily taken advantage of the situation. Someone was already out today and fixed it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for their in-depth knowledge of hot tubs!!!

I've been a customer of the pool and spa center since 1999. The pool we bought lasted until this past winter, the wall rusted out due to a leak in the liner I didn't tend to quickly enough. That was 21 yrs of enjoyment with the same pool! Today, the guys came over and put up our new pool. They are top notch!Best service, friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Would never consider going anywhere else.Thanks everyone!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Well stocked showroom with all of your pool and spa needs. I have been getting my supplies here for years and have never been given reason to not come back. They have even told me to get some parts at the hardware store because it's cheaper.Great job

Oct-2022: Below was my initial review with the Pool & Spa Centre made about a year ago. As I am not permitted to post more than 1 review per business, editing my last review is the only way I can tell you about my latest experience.My 5 star rating for The Pool & Spa Centre has not changed although if I could rate it higher, I certainly would.When the filter housing unit of our hot tub broke at the beginning of this summer, Ed searched diligently for a replacement. Due to the make of our hot tub (NOT purchased from The Pool & Spa Centre) replacement parts are not easy to come by. With all other options exhausted, our only option was to replace ours with a different unit.Steve worked his magic and and made it fit.The Pool & Spa Centre came through for us once again and at a very reasonable price - especially considering all the work that was involved.As a family owned business the whole team works very well together to provide great, friendly customer service at very affordable prices.Everyone at The Pool & Spa Centre certainly deserves to be on Santa's nice" list this year. ;-)**********2021: The Pool & Spa Centre is a little off the beaten path but well worth visiting.This place was the last on our list of all of the hot tub places to visit in North Bay but they were the only ones willing to even talk to us about our make of hot tub and the possibility of repairing it for us.Our next worry was would their repair team even consider driving the 1.5 hours to fix it for us? Never seen such great customer service! Had a hot tub that was leaking and tried to repair myself but needed some guidance. Ed had every part in stock, spent lots of time with me on the phone and in the store discussing the repair and was super patient, polite and knowledgable. I wish every place had people lile him! Although my repairs were not 100% successful, Ed offered to take a look at the tub and repair it at his shop, dispite a busy season ahead. To me, that deserves a 5 star review. Good help is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this team!

Our swimming pool required extensive work. Steve and his team provided excellent support, and workmanship. His knowledge is extensive. From start to finish, we were informed of all situations and updated with detailed progress. We are completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him for any swimming pool needs.

We used Pool and Spa center to have them open our hottub for the season. Ed was very accommodating regarding scheduling and suggesting the best times to do the tasks. Mark came a few times to fix all issues. Great team. We had some discrepancy with the billing but they fixed that as well. We are thankful to them.
