Had some one come out to check if a wall I wanted gone was load bearing. A gentlemen by the name of Robert came to the house. He was very polite and knowledgable, answered all my questions and seemed very sincere and honest. I would use this company again in a heart beat.

They did a diagram for my basement reno which involved excavation and new underpinnings for the foundation. I now have a 10' basement. They came, knew exactly what they were doing, rendered great diagrams. Totally awesome.

Had these people do some drawings so that I could have my house re-enforced in my basement. The guy I hired to do the work had no trouble using the drawings. And I had no trouble with the city getting the work inspected and signed off and closed. I was also happy the drawings cost less than I was told they would be. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
