If I could give 100 stars I would. The combination of Emma Naughton (Athletic therapy) and Amanda Babcock ( Massage therapy) have improved my mobility beyond belief. I'm diagnosed with a slew of problems. Arthritis of the hip as well as a tear in the hip labrum. 2 Arthritic knees along with gluteal tendinopathy. After attempting numerous Physiotherapy locations I took a chance on Optimum Health based on a recommendation from my Dr.Emma immediately went to work on my terribly tight quad muscles and broken down glute. With her hands on manipulation of those muscles as well as a list of proper exercises and stretching, I noticed immediate improvement that continues to get better. I was basically written off and told I will most likely need hip replacement in the future. I still might but for now at least I have my life back. No more extreme pain when sitting and driving. I can even squat again with almost zero pain.A huge shout out also goes out the massage therapist Amanda Babcock. She combines the perfect combination of pressure and techniques. Hurts so good is how I would describe it.Thank you so much for improving my quality of life these last few weeks. Looking forward to continuing my healing journey with your help.
