Its a great place but they changed their system of reservation and today was the day to register for kids activities. This new" system is far worst then the old one. Server crashed several times. Took 2 of us 1 hour on several browser to sign up. Another point of contention is the price for kids crossfit 90$ last year and 150$ this year

I have been here for a few months now and i must say that i am honestly disapointed in this place. Definetly not has good as its reputation make it up to be... The upstair gym is packed tight whit equipment wich leaves very little room for exercising and they have a leaky roof thats hasnt been fixed yet in months! One would think that it would be something they would look considering you pay a premium price to come here. On the upside, the pool is quite nice and tennis court also is.

Nice pool, great for beginners to get used to swimming in a family friendly environment.

so yesterday, i decided to go try out sportheque seeing as they were offering a week free trial, and not 20 mins into my workout, the personal trainer (man with eye patch) approached me in a very aggressive and un polite manner demanding me to change my shirt our i will have to leave, i was wearing a shirt, cut off at the shoulder, HELLO, this is a gym. why are we not allowed to wear such a thing? extremely disappointed by how the staff reacted, no warning, just change your shirt or get out, meanwhile, girls are allowed to wear tank tops revealing pretty much everything... DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM, horrible experience! also the ventilation is terrible...

The best complex in the region for sure. It’s expensive during the winter but they offer great deals for young people and students during the summer. Clean and luxurious gym with plenty of sports facilities around it.

Nice gym, I wish they offered more classes for kids, though. Now is rather adult-focused.

The best summer camp ever. Kids go to mini golf, Tubes&Jujubes, bowling, Saunders farm, swimming every day. The next year I will definitely take this camp for the whole summer.

The only place left in the Ottawa-Outaouais Valley left to go for a workout and play a racquet sport, and swim. Great people Great facilities and great times. Check it out. We'll worth it.

My daughter had a job as a baby-sitter there several years ago. Now, I go there much less often, but every time I go there, I am impressed by the many active people in many levels, i.e., beginners, novices, experts, etc.

Small facility but very well organized, making it a convenient place to make a stop for tennis (in our case). Covid rules in place. I would recommend it.
