I broke the screen on my Samsung phone. I tried a competing company but they couldn't fix it since it was an international model. However, Sarah and Amel gave me excellent service. They even did extra work fixing my phone which, as it turned out also had some damaged components. Clear, competent and honest service.

Kiwi mobile has the nicest team I’ve dealt with in a long time. It’s a very low pressure environment. I bought myself a used iPhone 12 and they even threw in the case. Id recommend anyone that needs a cell phone or cellphone accessories to drop by Kiwi.

Excellent service, Adel is great, he knows what he’s talking about. Great staff. I would give them 100 stars. I came in with my daughter’s IPhone 11 to change her screen. He recommended a screen protector for my iPhones (we have 4 in total). I agreed and wanted to put it on at my next visit. He said that it would only take 5 minutes, so I agreed. When I got home, I dropped my iPhone, and the screen protector broke, but not my screen! I was so happy he insisted on putting it on right away! :). I will definitely go back to the store, and I recommend them 200%. :)

What a pleasant business! The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. We went to see about possibly getting my daughters’ phone repaired or purchase a new phone, we were given our affordable options with no pressure either way. I will definitely come back for future services!

Great service employee and Owner are amazing . I purchase a Android Samsung S21+ . They help to set-up and transfer all my informations from my old phone to the new one. A few weeks after purchasing the phone I went back to the store had a few questions and the service was as good asthe first time I went in the store The Owner is very friendly. I highly recommend Kiwi Mobile in Rockland.
