Riviera Hotel on Robson

Had to come to Van for a specialist appointment and needed something reasonable and clean close to where I had to be. I was very pleased with our stay. The hotel was neat and clean and the customer service was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious neat and clean. The beds were super comfortable and we had a nice view. I would definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to that area.

I was in a pinch to find accommodations coming back from a farm job in the valley and the Riviera Hotel seemed like the perfect option for a quiet, clean place to spend the night alone after a month and a half's worth of sleeping in a mouse infested dorm. I called in to check for vacancies about an hour or so before arriving in the city and, luckily, they still had rooms available.The concierges were very amicable and allowed me a late check-out free of charge, since I had been traveling all day and was very tired. The hotel room itself was also really nice and reasonably priced for the amenities; it had a kitchen and a dining room, plus a decent view of the street. The water pressure in the bathroom was stellar and I had a long, hot shower before walking to get dinner just around the corner and going to sleep.Altogether, a great experience at the Riviera and I would definitely book there again.

This location was great! They were very accommodating and the room was beautiful! It fits our needs and our vacation stay. Prateek was great at answering our questions and was amazing at giving hospitality. A very great visit and I would love to stay here again!

The staff are friendly and customer centric. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The only negative is that it is showing its age and needs some upgrades. Very central location and great spot to get to many tourist attractions.

I chose this place because it was more affordable than other hotel options in downtown Vancouver and I was very pleased with my stay. The bed was comfortable, the front desk service was all I needed, and the location is great. My room had a small kitchen, which I did not use but that might come in handy if you were staying for more than a couple of nights. I would definitely stay again.

Definitely not impressed with how they do deposits on this hotel. Not to mention the staff wear way to much cologne which effected me a lot since I have a scent allergy. Also the staff need to learn how to count because the staff took 20 min to figure out change for laundry. Sorry definitely don't recommend this hole in the ground. Not to mention a crazy parking fee of $40 for a not well maintained lot. This place is also haunted.

The location was fantastic and the staff was excellent. The room was a bit shoddy (that doesn’t bother me) and was only so so in cleanliness (not great, but not bad enough make a complaint). However the price was affordable and we were only there for one night so we where happy. Parking was great (not secured, but I wasn’t worried about that). All in all we were happy with our stay.

The hotel staff are amazing. The hotel itself is a bit dated, however for what you pay you do get a decent room. It is not luxury by any means, but if your looking for a hotel to chill out all day in , this is not the one. But if your just resting your head at night, its great.
