Probably everything you expect from a music store. A room full of guitars, a room full of brass instruments, pianos everywhere, and all the accessories and sheet music you could need. But what made it great, was the staff. I bought an acoustic guitar, pics, capo, sheet music and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and shared both popular and their personal opinion so I could make informed decisions. I would send my mother here if she needed an instrument.

Wide range of instruments and staff with knowledge, manners and cooperative attitude. Not a typical pushy sales attitude at all! Which is what i most appreciated. Was looking for fender player series strat and a solid top/body acoustic guitars, got to try them both.

All the staff at the Toronto location were great. I was a regular customer at the shop for 6 years, and I got to know a few of staff members quite well. They were always really quick with orders and were very knowledgeable with making product suggestions. Now why the 1 star rating you ask? The Toronto location went out of business, and management or head office handled it very unprofessionally and unethically. They made no effort to inform their customers of the closing (didn’t put an update on Facebook page or website, and their phone line is not in service). Worst of all they didn’t have the decency to tell their staff members. The people that ran the shop and made you guys have the good reputation you had. A couple of the staff members I spoke to had no idea the shop was permanently closing. And they had to find out from me when I asked what was going on. I found out by emailing the store email asking to place an order. I drove by later to find the shop was being disassembled. What a great way to thank your hard working staff. To this day, they still have not put up a Facebook post, updated the site, or updated their Google listening to show that it’s permanently closed.

A BIG thank you goes to Mark in repairs....Took in my high-end professional Alto saxophone for general repairs (I have had it for 10 yrs and never felt the need for a tune up until now). Mark in repairs helped me out - he was absolutely incredible, very knowledgeable, friendly, and went over and above in his customer service. I had a tight budget and he accommodated all my needs, even fixing a small dent in the neck free of charge. I felt very comfortable leaving my sax with Mark and would definitely go back to him in the future.Kevin

Great little suburban store it has some find quality instruments.Staff is helpful but supplies are limited and the selection of instruments is varied yet fairly narrow. I believe their biggest focus is band instrument Tatian and lessons. But like most stores these days it’s a portal to bigger things and if you don’t have anywhere else to go these guys can help you find what you’re looking for and order it into the store. It’s good to visit occasionally as they sometimes have clearance on the floor which can be obtained at good prices.

Brought my Fender P bass in for a set up and I could not be happier. The staff there were friendly and helpful and had my bass finished in great time. The set up itself was flawless and the bass was clean without a fingerprint to be seen. I am very particular with my instruments and was thrilled with the quality of work. Would have no reservations about bringing any of my guitars in and highly recommend them for sales or service.

I love this place! They always have a great selection of instruments and music books. As a piano teacher I rely on them to have stock of certain piano books and they never disappoint. And if I need a book that is a little more uncommon they order it in to the store for me. I recommend to check this location out!

Great selection of brass instruments. Bought a Yamaha professional level trumpet for my son. Great price for a pro level trumpet. Nice experience buying from very knowledgeable staff who are also musicians. Highly recommend this store. Will definitely be back.

Starting my acoustic guitar playing hobby so went in for basic info. Falk spent nearly 90 minutes with me and I saw a variety of styles, sizes, and prices. He even played them for me so I could judge quality. I left with a package that fits me just right. Great experience.
