Our experience with the Home Water Systems team and their products has been exceptional! We had the water softening and water purification systems installed in our home a few years ago. We instantly noticed the benefit of the softer water. Healthier skin. Less calcification residue in shower, jetted tub, and sinks. Happy with the peace of mind too in knowing we're drinking and cooking with purified water that is better for our health. That it results in less wear and tear on appliances is another bonus. We moved to a new home 2 years ago and Home Water Systems did a great job in moving the system to our new place. Same great water. Never a problem in it's operation. We have never had to reset anything or had any problems. I would highly recommend Home Water Systems for the health of your family and your home's appliances. You do get what you pay for!

Getting clean water for the inside of my body has changed so much in my skin, gut health and I enjoy drinking water again. We also purchased the water refiner and taking a bath in nice soft water is a treat...I can stay in tub for a really long time now. My skin is so soft, my hair is soft, the appliances are working better...No more calcium build up anywhere and we are using less detergents and saving money.

Just had a minor repair done (gaskets) to my system. Not all systems are the same. You pay a little more. I saved a few dollars and bought a refurbished distiller, and it's run great for the past 7 years. Even moving it from one house to another went smoothly. They stand behind the brand and are very conscience. Repair workmanship, is spectacular. They let me know wait times, took time to listen, and took time to answer all my questions. They even gave me all the water I needed to tie me over for a few days. I checked out other suppliers, before buying but now I know that this was a great buy. DRINK DISTILLED WATER, it's important to your health - I'm a 2x cancer survivor, so every healthy decision is worth it!

My wife and I purchased a water softener and reverse osmosis water purifier from Home Water Systems several months ago and were very pleased with the entire process start to finish. The salesmen Doug was very professional and knowledgeable. The installer was also great, installing everything to my high standard. We are most pleased with the water quality. The soft water has made a world of difference on our skin and hair, the bathtubs and shower stay much cleaner, and there is nothing like drinking good clean water. We have been impressed with the customer service, installation, and follow up. I highly recommend.

I feel i have to write a review, something I rarely do. These people came to my house after calling and setting up a appointment. They were explaining how bad regular tap water is for you and had a poorly put together binder with clippings as their proof" of this.I have no doubt that the water we drink might be bad for you but when it came to their sales pitch it seemed they wanted me to sign up for there "free" 30 day in home trial which costs $5000 give or take for the system if i decided to keep it.They were very reluctant to tell me the cost and wanted to put it in the house prior to knowing this.The tests they supposedly did on my water was total dissolved solids which i am familiar with

Doug from Home Water Systems came out yesterday to repair my distller. He was friendly, helpful, provided tips for me re: cleaning and speeding up the distilling process. Maintained good humour despite a power outage which delayed testing the repairs. All around good experience and saved me having to load up the distiller and drive an hour into the city for repairs. Extremely good experience.

Got a water softener system and a RO Tank installed for some drinking water in our house and couldn't be more amazed at the difference. The 30 day trial was awesome, and of course we decided to keep it. Doug was awesome to deal with too. Not pushy at all and explained the water deal to us thoroughly. I will recommend to all my friends and family

With the arrival of our daughter a few years ago we decided we wanted to provide the high quality drinking water for everyone in our home. We were very impressed with the service during the installation and with any follow up questions we had. Since purchasing the Home Water system we feel the quality of our tap water is excellent and we no longer need to buy cases and cases of bottled water.

Ari and Chris have been great. We had a distiller and softener in at our farm and the water quality has been fantastic! We had a small issue with the distiller (my own fault as it became unplugged) and the team was quick to help us troubleshoot and solve the issue.If you're looking for a water system, I would highly recommend Home Water Systems.
