Hate to do this, This company is very poorly managed from delivery to parts quality and fitment. 5/10 parts are wrong or fitment completely wrong, parts are boxed wrong wasting shop owners hoist time and customers waiting time. The delivery sometimes take 1-3 hours average for local shops. The credit department has no idea what going on with returns and refunds could take up to an month and even when they do its all wrong. National EXHAUST barely has any exhaust inventory. Shawn is extremely rude and has no customer service, or knows how to deal with situations. I have had numerous amounts of altercation with him. The delivery crew is good but understaffed. The staff placing orders and dispatch is good but they can only do so much due to company management.

Very very bad attitude and customer service I have been dealing with this establishment ever since inception ( when they were on Glidden Rd ) but I just don't know what happened now ....I strongly recommend the entire staff to be trained on how to deal with people or customers ...it people like myself was responsible for the exponential growth of this company and I would hate to see it go down hill....

Horrible customer service, phoned twice today to order a part and open a new account, but both times got hung up on, salesman would rather argue that he is “right” meanwhile we have the car right in front of us and can see exactly what we’re talking about. First and last time for me!!! I also never leave reviews but this just made my blood boil first thing in the morning ... BAD service guys!!!!!

Excellent service.Called to see if they had the part. They did. Arranged pick up.Due to Covid-19 the pick up door is a bit odd. Go to the loading dock.Thanks Rich and Brody.

I never leave reviews but I was seeking a full exhaust I'm in the automotive business first guy hung up because he had no patients / second guy I explained my first issue and he claimed he has 5 people on hold. I waited got the price and hung up clearly they dont value people money to make their business grow. Stay away I'd do some online research you can find someone with the same or less price point who will treat you like a human.

Great people an good parts

Never like leaving bad reviews for companies but never had such a negative experience in my life. Stopped in on November 24-2020 after 5:30pm to pick up a part. Walked in the door for customer pickup (looked at the door before I entered to make sure there were no instructions). There was no signage on the door.After walking in I stood there for over 10 minutes while several employees walked right past me. Not one person asked me if I needed help - naturally I assumed the person who was working front desk stepped away for a few minutes so I continued to wait patiently for someone to help me.Before I knew it I was being scolded by a woman and quite literally being told to get out of the building in a very hostile way. She further scolded me saying there was a sign on the door and how we were on a lockdown". Knowing that I wasn't crazy I stepped out momentarily to look for this sign (if I had missed the sign I would have apologized as I don't mean to put anyone in jeopardy during covid but as I expected there as nothing posted on the door).Am I mad at this person for enforcing a company policy? Absolutely not... but the way I was spoken to was outrageous... Never in my life have a seen such a rude/ignorant person. As a customer
