Terrible company to deal with. We are the shipping company here in Alberta and delivered some goods to Custom Vac. They are refusing to pay the bill saying they don't remember what they ordered. Even though we provided them with the waybill signed by their receiver, they do not wish to acknowledge it and refusing further communication.

Parts guy is the man! Great service

Bad experience with this group unfortunately. They don't stand behind their product and give no support if you don't buy from them (even if it's their unit) -- best look elsewhere and save yourself money and headaches

I bought a truck from Iowa and was manufactured by Custom Vac. After receiving the truck i needed parts and advice, So i contacted Various people from different depts . After finally now that everyone knows who i am after numerous calls (Good One ) They helped me out whenever i needed something. Makes me feel like family. Mr Hillman has started helping me from day 1 and the crew Zenon, Mike Etc. thanks for helping me achieve my goals with this vac truck. Bill Dolan
