Our lawn was in sad shape a year ago. Weeds everywhere and spotty growth at best. This year we are seeing a complete turnaround. Real grass is growing over old bare spots and weeds are under control. Extreemly happy with the crew that comes out. Always professional and courteous, freely answering all questions. Highly reccomend!

I have had Weedman for weed control and fertilizing for years, they are reliable and generally notify us the day before their arrival. When I have been unhappy, (a few times), they always contact me and correct any issues. They care about customer satisfaction. I have gotten 2 of my neighbors to switch to them, and now they can service 3 yards with one stop and we are all pretty satisfied.

Weedman has come twice to service our yard. After the second time, I received a call from their customer service indicating they were canceling my account due to them quoting my yard incorrectly.Rather than talking to me about it, they just outright canceled service, even though we had an agreed-upon quote. I have tried to call in four times, and can never speak to anyone that can assist me.

I signed up for a service that was $25, they not only fertilized my mulch where I spent a ton of money and time to control the weeds in, but they are charging me $65 for it. When I call, the automated system says they are not open but they are. This needs to be fixed.

The guy doing the spraying today never shut or locked the gate. When we left the dogs out at noon our black lab/ chow mix took off running. He's a very expensive Therapy dog for our son.Thanks to a lady down the road who found him and called us, so we were able to get him back.

Killed off lots of grass area. Not sure what happened. Super disappointed and they dragged their feet contacting me. No resolution canceled rest of service with them.
