***DO NOT USE THIS FIRM***Confirmed an appointment for Thursday, March 26th between 10-2. Received text, email and verbal confirmation. I made this appointment on Monday, March 22nd.4pm on the Thursday of the appointment (2 hours passed appointment time), received text and email confirmation saying my appointment had been rescheduled, then another saying it was cancelled altogether. Didn't receive a follow-up call, and a reschedule was never communicated.I got ghosted by a plumbing firm.***DO NOT USE THIS FIRM***

We had an issue with our basement drain backing up and causing water to overflow into out basement. We made a call and within about a half hour Kevin was here to solve the problem. Kevin was able to troubleshoot, rectify and be on his way within about an hour. It turned out to be a blockage between our house p-trap and our basement toilet. We are amazed at how fast and efficient Mountain Plumping came to the rescue. Thanks Kevin we were able to make our afternoon Hockey Game after all.

We have tree roots growing at various locations in our sewer line.Pat, from Mountain Plumbing came to the rescue (on a Sunday) and worked diligently until all the roots were cut and cleared from the sewer pipe. He used a video camera to verify all the root clogs were removed and the sewer line was clear. Thanks for a great job Pat.

Called to get a quote on a simple bathtub taps install. Tech came n told me he would have quote emailed that night. After 4 phone calls and 5 days later, still no quote. Very poor communication and customer service. Called another company got price n job scheduled in 2 days.

Called several times to set up an appointment. Left messages which weren't returned when I finally was able to talk to someone and set up a day they ended up rescheduling. When it came to the actual appointment they were 3hours late and were not prepared to do any type of work and then had to leave for an emergency call. Worst experience ever!

We used them before when I had an issue that was covered under insurance This most recent call was for inside and wouls not be covered by my policy (which I knew), but I called these guys anyway since they were good for my 1st problem. This call was for rattling pipes and a dripping sound. He diagnosed both problems, and the rattling pipes he was quite sure it was due to a cartage that needed changing. He was also sure changing the cartage would fix my water flow issue to the shower (something a previous plumber thought would need a new larger pipe into and thru my home at a cost of over $3k). The cartage was $35 and easy to fix, and it did in fact fix my water issue. He also fixed my other issue while here and the entire thing was not expensive and didn't involve cutting into walls etc. Very grateful to have found an honest plumber who can diagnose a problem.

Worst service ever. I had asked they come over you help do some camera work to locate a drain. They came over to do the work and stayed for all of an hour. They provided me no information and only did maybe 10 minutes of camera work. For the remaining time the plumber" they sent over had to continue to call her boss in order to get information to help me. Not only did they do nothing for me they offered no form of discount on their 15 minutes of actual work. If you want quality they are not the company to call."

We had an issue with plumbing, (inside stop valves (2 of them)could not be shut off, Russel the owner asked me to do a temp shut off for the fridge feed, and we were able to sleep at night, promised to send some one the next day, and assured me the charge if any will be minimal, as we had insurance but of course there is the fine print and some of it may not be covered. But assured me they are not there to grab customers cash.. Jessie his co worker shows up the next day, an efficient, polite lady who knew what she was doing. fiddled with the shut offs and said no need to worry, just turn it on and off once in a while to keep them 'exercised'. then repaired the outside garden pipe that had ruptured. all in '30 -40 min at most, and when asked if we needed to sign anything or owed anything , she says with a smile. No absolutely nothing, and when I asked if I need to change the garden shut off, she told me to not wast my money, it is good as of now. I know who I will use the next time I have plumbing issues, I give them 12 out of 10 if this is at all possible. 5+ stars. Thank you Russel of Mountain plumbing.!!!! Honesty is a h ard find these days. ....... Action does speak volumes

Great company to deal with. Very fast and efficient service, corrected the problem I was experiencing with a hot water pipe within minutes. couldnt ask for better service, thanks Mountain Plumbing.
