The food is great, and service is good. It's not a premium experience, but a nice spot for the dinner or lunch buffet. Best egg rolls around for sure

We wish no struggling business ill but we will not return and recommend that you try a different establishment to avoid disappointment.We went on Sat night at prime dinner time. Almost no customers. Bins were all virtually empty presumably to save money. Most were added to after we and one of the only 3 other people asked where the food was. I did like the Gen'l Tao chicken and there was a nice little bit of heat to several dishes. My companion who eats lots of Chinese though could find nothing he liked the taste of. Consensus the egg rolls were worst ever and were put down after a single bite. Spring rolls untested. Another thing like a sausage roll was unpleasant but unlike the egg roll could be swallowed.EXTREMELY expensive given lack of quantity or quality.Recommend you try one of the 3 other nice looking Chinese restaurants in town or the Indian place up the road instead.

Went last night on valentines day at around 7:00pm. Food looked and tasted like it was out for a couple of hours, many trays were empty and the chicken wings were cold as well as much of the rest of the food..... i would definetly not eat here........ paid over $40 for two and left with a very bad taste in my mouth....LITERALLY!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY PEOPLE!!!!

Was pleasantly surprised with most of the dishes. Great waitress.Egg rolls were terrible on the inside so that's why they got a 4.Would recommend as it's the best in the whole area since Sky Dragon in Perth changed ownership.

I've been eating Chinese food at the Hing Wah for about 20 years at this point.... we could still smoke in the restaurant when I first started. Well long gone are the days of smoking indoors, but the Hing Wah is still here making the best Chinese food in Lanark / Beckwith. I have probably eaten 10 thousand Jah-do chicken wings here by this point, and I can guarantee you I will eat many more! Quiet place to eat great Chinese food!

I’ve now eaten at all four Chinese restaurants in Carleton Place. This was the only place where as takeout / delivery, the crispy things were still crispy! In particular, we loved the crispy beef. Really good dish! The beef lo mein was extremely bland, but the noodles were cooked very well and so eating it with the crispy beef made it very tasty. Definitely a great choice.

Personally, I love this restaurant. Its food is delicious. It is literally my favourite place to get Chinese food from. Highly recommend if you want to taste quality. I wouldve given a five star if the price for buffet was a little cheaper.. it's gone up.

Ordered food, only my second time ordering from them. I'm 5 mins away. It took 1.5 hours to get my food. It was all cold except the spare ribs. When I order take out I do it so I don't have to cook. I had to reheat everything. I was supposed to get a free rice. If there wasn't a free one included I would have ordered the extra as we were a large party. I called to let them know I didn't get the extra rice. Very dissatisfied with the service. And the food.
