Brought my wife’s car in to get the tire fixed because it lost air come to winter and it had shown low before as well. Brought it to heritage tire and they said they had patched the tire and charged me 60$ for a patch. Today I got new tires put on the car and seen there was no patch in either of the front tires after all. Not impressed. 60$ for air? Not a honest company here…

Scott and team were awesome! Had a screw in the side of our tire (not patchable) and unfortunately the type of tire we have would take too long to order. Scott took the time to find something comparable that would work for us and got it installed the same day. Thanks guys!

They swapped my winter for summer tires. No complaints about the quality of the service but it cost me $160 versus $80 at my usual place in Toronto.

Not ever again will I step into this shop.Very unprofessional. They make you look stupid and have heard other comments about other customers between workers . They don’t want to repair a reparable tire but rather try sell their own products.

Great experience. I had written quotes emailed to me and was able to shop around and ended up back at Heritage. No pressure. No hassle. No risk. I was given 30 days to test my new tires with the offer to change tires if I wasn't completely satisfied . No risk of making a mistake. Scott is amazing and put up with me while I was making my decision. He worked hard to make things easier for me. When I finally did decide to go with Heritage, Scott sprung into action to get the tires brought in immediately from the Windsor store and get them mounted. Super happy with my new tires. Preformed great in the snow and are a huge improvement. Not to mention they look great too! Thanks to Scott and the entire team over at Heritage. Great job all around. I will be in soon for tires on my wife's Jeep.

Brought a small lawn trailer tire in to get mounted on a new rim. First employee was eager to help but the employee behind the counter told him no a no refused to help me. Told me I had to return the tire and rim to John Deere and buy off them or he wouldn't do it. Time to look elsewhere for snow tires for me.

Not a customer is always right buisness. In fact a place where you are told to never darken their door again. My money was not wanted here for a simple tire mounting job. Also a very exspensive place where they push you into high end tire sales and dont even give you the economical choices.
