Orleans Carpet

I am one who usually receive reviews at my place of work and some may not always be fair. All I want to say is today, this Orleans Carpet business surpassed my expectations. They did an amazing job with all the flooring surfaces, when my house was rebuilt by a contractor (who by the way didn’t respond to my call for repairs).I took it in my hands and called Orleans Carpet I spoke to Jean-Yves and Darryl and they both cared to send someone to adjust the carpeted steps! It looks amazing! Now this company deserves more than 5 stars! It’s truly deserving a galaxy of stars! My house is sold and my next house will be done by Orleans carpet! It’s a place you can trust for price, quality and installation guarantee!This local business really care.Thank you so much

Service was good and the salesman was very knowledgeable. No issues. We ended up going elsewhere as the carpet we wanted was more money than we wanted to spend.

Dropped by to see about getting my basement stairs recarpetted. The only customer in the store. The receptionist asked me how she could help. Asked a salesman to assist me. We were in the middle of my requirements and he said my phone is ringing. Walked away. I was not in a particular hurry so I waited and waited. Even used the washroom. Came out still on the phone. After waiting a few more minutes walked out of the store. Couldn't believe this lack of service. Hard to believe business is so good that customers can walk out without any service. I thought about this review over 24 hours and still feel disrespected.

We purchased a new home and Orleans Carpet installed our hardwood floors, tile and backsplash. Amazing customer support. We do have a couple of install issues but I am confident they will be resolved and we feel like we are in good hands. Thank you Marc, Jean Yves and the team.

I am extremely pleased with the tiling job done in my bathroom! Alex is very knowledgeable, professional and really cares about the work that he does! The price I paid was very reasonable, the selection of products was terrific and Jean-Yves, my salesperson, was very helpful in assisting me with my selections and made the whole process easy for me! For example, in the middle of my project, after my floor tiling was completed, I realized that I didn't really like the wall tiles that I had chosen. Jean-Yves made it so easy for me to have the tiles returned and changed to my newest selection! I was so relieved; between him and Alex they truly wanted me to be happy with my new bathroom, which I whole-heartedly appreciate. The Owner, Sylvain, was terrific too - very communicative when I reached out to him with additional questions. I recommend this company and would use them company again in the future. I had spent months looking for a rug and could not find what I was looking for until stepping into Orleans Carpet. Darren was so helpful in providing options and ultimately, I walked out purchasing not 1, but 2 perfect rugs, I had always wanted. They delivered on time, and turned out even better than expected. Even when there was a pull in 1 of them (no fault of them) Kaven sent Rock to fix it. It looks brand new again. Such professionals! Lots of companies don't have great service these days with employee shortages, so I had to post and share my amazing experience with this local company. I will be loyal customer for sure!

The sales group at the store was great and helpful and that's the good part.The installation needs improvement as wood flooring with chips in it still gets installed knowing that they'll have to come back and change it.The same with tile. Not installed straight, grout is already coming out between floor tiles and were talking about install 10 months ago.Repeated efforts to get them back to get the repairs done never seems to happen.Requests get sent to them with no response at all.

They installed luxury vinyl in my condo flawlessly and my place looks completely new ! The workers were very friendly but professional. I would not hesitate to go back to them in the future.

worst customer service experience. had an appointment to the showroom went all the way to Orleans store was closed at the time of my appointment. went back the next day and had someone make me an appointment for measurement. the day of the appointment the guy never came. I do not recommend this place for flooring and carpet installation. I would not refer anybody to this place. bad customer service they just don't care.
