Service was good. But unfortunately the food was absolutely terrible. My beef dip was chewy and cold. The Mac and cheese “pulled pork” tasted like cold, old chicken. The manager decided to come over and argue that hundreds of people have ordered it and not complained. Very unprofessional on the “manager” the server was awesome! Very tacky way to handle a complaint on management.

Waited 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. The staff member knew nothing about the menu which we had a couple questions about before ordering. When it did arrive it was awful, yes awful. Tables nearby were just standing up and leaving. Bill had absolutely no discount for the insanely long wait, terrible food, bad service. Couldn’t stay and speak with someone as we were in a rush to see a show. An absolutely terrible experience, never coming back and recommend anyone reading this to stay away from this place.

Was disappointed with our experience. We booked ahead for a bach group. We walked in and right away were limited to one drink and told We were messed up even though only one person of our group of 10 was more buzzed. We were all quiet and respectful when seated. We waited 50 mins and didn't receive even iced teas that were ordered. Won't be going back, we finished our night at kelly o bryans instead and had a better time, glad they saved our night.

Worst service I have ever had in my life. It was so bad that the table next to us didn't even pay their bill. We paid our bill, nothing was comp'd and the table that didn't pay their bill was given free fries.We went for dinner at 4:45PM, and were served 1/4 of our food items by 6:30PM and we got no free fries - just a complaint-prompted explanation that the kitchen couldn't keep up. They are the closest operating restaurant to a 8,000 person stadium, and it was a Sunday. Inexcusable.I can't wait to see them go out of business.

I'm over the moon about this Beef Dip!Great choice of bun. Holds up to the sauce and light garlic butter.Shredded beef, rather than thinly sliced or chipped.Great choice of a mild white cheese, not too heavily loaded.The dipping sauce was the tipping point to insane flavor!!! I'm so excited about this choice. Like a blend of Au Jus & BBQ. Tangy, not overly salty, and a thicket consistency holds up to dipping perfectly without destroying the bun.Decent large cut fries.Guys, this sandwich is outstanding! A must try to the Beef Dip Enthusiast!Service was quick, friendly, and had no issue adding a quick side order from a family member joining me quickly from the casino side.Fairly priced menu with terrific choices to suit any mood.

Id give it no stars but it’s impossible. I called to order for pickup at 9:46. Says it’s closed at 10:00pm.. I figure no table service nice and easy grab my food as I leave the casino but they say they’re kitchen is closed at 9:45, it’s literally 9:46 pm.. I wasn’t going to sit and order a drink or mess a table, they wouldn’t be staying later or having to serve me.. I was ordering simple fast food probably wouldn’t even dirty a pot or pan to make it.. terrible service, they should say they’re closed at 9:45 than

We were overcharged on our bill (Happy hour price vs. Regular price). The waiter got the manager to review it, then disappeared. The manager and 2 other people came to my booth to tell me I had to pay it because we ate the food that was brought to us, saying we should have known it would be regular price because of the serving size and the waiter is certain we ordered off the reg menu. Didn't you think to question the size - she said. We each ordered the tacos - and off the happy hour menu - so no.We specifically waited until 9pm to go to the restaurant from the casino for happy hour. We ordered off the happy hour menu.My husband had left just as the bill came to get the car - so it was just me. It was ridiculous that it took 3 staff to tell me this as they surrounded me in the booth. It was humiliating.

Visiting Kelowna and made a reservation online. When we arrived we were advised our children , 13 & 16 could not enter the restaurant as you had to walk through a casino and the other family entrance to restaurant was closed. Website says “ family celebrations” . If minors can not access the restaurant you may want to update your website accordingly. I see from other reviews this was mentioned many times in May 2022! We had to go down the road to Cactus Club and wait an hour. Ridiculous, fix this!
