Kristian and Aiden were professional and efficient with installation and communication of the furnace & AC. They did a great job with the tidiness and orderly of the pipes and vents as well. We were also impress with Nate, the owner; who took the time to explain and understand what our needs was.

After the install was complete, both Kristian and Aiden were very thorough in their explanations of not only WHAT they installed and its purpose, but how to use the new thermostat and what they had left to do in the spring once it isn't colder than the arctic.Seriously. One of the best companies! I was amazed that they had an after-hours service by phone, which gave me peace of mind when my furnace stopped working at midnight and I was desperate and did not know what to do. Our tech, Jordan, was very professional and friendly. highly recommended.

We are so glad that we decided to go with Distinct for our new furnace and additional work to update/correct existing A/C piping and miscellaneous plumbing. Everyone (Nate, Erin, Kristian and the other tech (sorry, forgot his name)) was so professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from the quote process through to installation and after service check in. They were so patient in answering all of our questions and clarifications. They all did an excellent job! I'd trust them with future jobs as well as maintenance work.In addition, City of Calgary just completed the inspection of the work and commented how the job was done flawlessly. The inspector was so impressed how tidy the work was done especially the glue work done on the PVC pipes.

Ed from distinct Heating and cooling repaired my york furnace very professionally. He diagnosed the problem , had brought the right parts with him, and installed them with a high level of competence. I would highly recommend this business.

The Distinct tech, Jordan, was sent to fix my thermostat connections and get my heat pump, air conditioning, and furnace working on a smart thermostat. Jordan was quick and knowledgeable and polite. He corrected the previous wiring and was able to get all systems working (which hadn't been working previously). I would highly recommend Distinct Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC work! The rates were great, and Jordan completed everything in a quick turnaround.

I am Impressed. They came out today to clean my AC units, this is the first time I have used this company. They took my units apart, combed the fins out so they were straight, and washed all the crud off and the machines look like new. I have had another company service them every two years and paid for a cleaning, but the other company not once took the machines apart to get them this clean - I cannot stress how much better they look, and now you can feel air being pulled into the cooling coils. Remarkable work, simple remarkable. I am not surprised these guys have a nearly perfect 5.0 rating which is unheard of for a company in this sector.

I used Distinct for the first time last week for duct and hood fan repair. From my first experience with Erin in the office to Jordan everyone was top notch. Jordan was able to diagnose and fix the issue. He was very personable, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Distinct to anyone.
