Pinewood on the Lake

Great place to live. Nice and quiet can hear the crickets and birds. And a beautiful lake I can see from our front door. Also a very nice jungle gym for kids and a basketball court. This is the kind of place where its safe to raise a family.

The homes are park are beautiful but the only person I have been able to reach or see in person is a female manager who seems completely out of it as far as what she is doing. I asked her direct questions about moving in on leasing terms and she gave me answers that were false. She mislead my husband and I. We want to move in but are left confused if we want to commit a year of our lives somewhere that has this bad of management and seemingly no interest in customer service. Honestly bummed.

OverPriced for no reason. You basically have to pay to do nothing. Made my neighbor take down a military sign representing him and all the veterans.I get written up for a trailer I have that I use for work 7 days a week to pay rent. Other people have boats, trailers etc. I spoke to a few of them and they said they haven’t been written up or anything so I definitely feel like she’s out to discriminate against me. The park is nice. Management sucks.

Do not move in here! The manager is out of control with power and there is no way to resolve your issues because you can't get past her. They lie and can kick you out at any time and for any reason. They give you 30 days so that you can't get your mobile home sold or moved in that amount of time. Then they take over the home and sell it or rent it themselves. This is a scam! Buyer beware, go somewhere else!

Love, Love, Love,Love the fact that I've had Deer walk right past my place. skunks, geese, you name it ! We do live in the country folks ! I enjoy the country feel.Quiet....Tammy is a very nice person & always so friendly & funny. The maintenance men are very nice especially Steve. And I must say thatMary the manager is very sweet &Very helpful . & Friendly and there for your every need. Everyone in the office is ! They keep the place nice . And make the residence follow the guidelines.No one bothers you, it's a nice safe place to live.I like how convenient this park is to everything.If you don't like nature and quiet this is not the place for you.I like it here!

I live in the park and this is by far the nicest place especially if you have little ones. It has a nice park your own private beach and the lake is very beautiful. Everyone is nice. The rent or lot is very affordable as well as the homes are all very nice.

I am a new homeowner in this community. The beach is beautiful! The community is clean. Management was very friendly and very easy to work with. There is a beautiful County Park about 10 minutes from this community. Great location to call home!

We live here and truly feel that we have found our home. It's quiet and a little out of the way, but the peace is lovely. We can tell the place is growing, lots of new homes arriving. If you are looking to leave some hustle and bustle behind you, come check this place out.Btw, it's only 5 minutes from Richmond, 15 to Chesterfield, and about 20 to New Baltimore, so it's still very convenient.

If your credit good and you have proof that you can pay your living arrangements, no eviction and security deposit you should be able to move in but I hear alot of people say they've been discriminated against get a lawyer probono they love cases like this

Place is absolutely horrible. The manager cassy is a joke. Not willing to work with anybody. Definitely would not recommend moving into this place. Stay far away. Liars
