The worst Delivery Service, Purolator knocks them out of the Park.Useless Customer Service. Don't use them.

So, I placed an online order and the supplier uses FedEx. 2 days after the shipment was to arrive and no updated info on the website or a delivery note from Fedex, I called. The CSR told me my name was not on the buzzer in the building so they took the package to the depot. Lol. I didn't know I had to disclose my living arrangements to FedEx. They have a precise address - leave a note!! And also, there are 2 drop off points in my city but no, to the depot 25 km away. Almost the distance of the store.
